I am SO disappointed. I used to be a big fan of Framebridge. They lost a newspaper clipping we sent to be framed and sent a poster back to us in 1) the wrong frame with 2) the wrong dimensions, completely cutting off a portion of the design. I will have to look elsewhere for framing services moving forward. Sad to see the quality decline to this extent.

Framebridge built a successful brand on quality work, quick turn around and stellar customer service. I shopped with them because I loved the work they produced and I'm a sucker for a plucky entrepreneur start-up story. Alas, in just two years, the business model has apparently crumbled.
I placed an order on Dec. 9 for a holiday gift. It is now Dec. 28 and have yet to receive a shipping date for delivery, despite repeated emails, calls and even a tweet to the company and its founder/CEO on Twitter.
In an email sent to confirm the order on Dec. 9, it stated an order timeframe "is complete in 3-5 days." It's now Dec. 28 and I'm still waiting.
In contrast, on Dec. 15, 2016, I placed an order for two larger framed photos and had a shipment email sent on Dec. 17.
In 2016, the price for two framed 11.5" x 11.25" photos was $78. In 2018, the price for one 9.5" x 8.09" is $79. That's a rather sizable price jump.
In response to my first customer service inquiry, they took $15 off my order. But what good is a discount if they can't produce what you purchased?
Clearly, this company can't keep up with customer orders. But instead of being honest about a reasonable timeframe, I was continuously misled about when my order would be ready, was being inspected and shipped.
The CEO's response to me on Twitter was: "We prioritized gift orders for holiday delivery and that means your order took longer than usual...we'll be much clearer in the future."
I'll be much clearer in the present. You've lost me as a customer. If you need work done on time and expect honest interactions with customer service reps, sadly, you will need to shop elsewhere.

Ordered a photo with text. Text was supposed to be a separate mount but it looks like they just printed the text below the picture and didn’t even mount the text separately. When I emailed and asked for a replacement they told me it would be there within a week. It’s been a month. Nothing has been sent to me and 5 different people from Framebridge have reached out to me about this issue. None have been able to solve or attempt to solve the issue. Just want my money back. This company sucks

I honestly have never recieved such poor customer service and service. I ordered 2 of my prints to be float mounted back in October, they both came in with 2 different color frames(they were suppost to be the same) and were not floatmounted, so i sent them back, only to recieve them in the same condition as the first time 5 weeks later, its like they didnt even open the box and sent it right back. So i sent it back again— I got one print back(STILL NOT FLOATMOUNTED) and the other one still havnt recieved yet. and its currently 5 weeks later. 3 months to get framed prints that were not done correctly. are you KIDDING ME?! There not going to last long as a company I can already tell there going down the tubes.

My art is not centered in the mat! It’s a graphic print and it’s way off! I’m shocked. There’s paper on the back that I’ll have to rip off to fix this. Also the wire was not strung tight enough causing it to lean forward off the wall. The wire they provide is clipped in such a way you can’t adjust it yourself. I had to buy new wire and restring. Very disappointed for the price. Took the same amount of time as my local frame shop and cost nearly the same. Why use them? Incidentally their website says “these are real reviews and we don’t alter them.” Except I can’t find out how to leave a review on their website - only via email survey. What’s to prevent them from only posting the good ones? Mine hasn’t posted yet that’s for sure.

Customer Service takes days to get back to you. They never answer the phone when you call the number provided and they ask you to leave a message but no one ever calls you back. They also charge you more money if you want less parts. For example, I just wanted the physical frame (no backing, no art to mount, etc.) and they said that was $50 more! More money for less stuff. That makes zero sense. Also, the order I did place has been outstanding for over a month with no update on the order because I can't get anyone on the phone. Will not be using them again.

I loved all the frames I ordered from this company. Proper wooden frames are hard to find these days (that wood-chip stuff is the norm now), so I'll be buying all my framed prints from Framebridge form now on. The black and white distressed frames look fantastic in my living room, though that's a matter of color-scheme I suppose. Thanks!
