Order not recieved! Scammers!

First time I have ordered from this company.

Would recommend. My item was delivered quickly and well packed at a good price.

I have paid for my product using paypal.
No product confirmation.
No product.

AVOID! I have not received my order. No confirmation or order number. Complete silence when trying to contact customer services. Everything seems to bounce back when contacting them.

I am now going to try and claim it back.

Don’t buy from them. I placed order 7 days back. And then there has been a complete silence. No means of customer support: phone lines are not reachable; dropped 3 voicemails with no reply. Online enquiries show error. Emails are not being replied. I have still not received my order and I was forced to raise a dispute of transaction with my bank.

I have emailed and not received any reply upto yet. My order was said to arrive by 10th to 12th July and it's just saying still in transit and royal mail says still expecting it. I have had the money taken from my bank I'm not happy I've not received my order or a reply to my messages.

It's now 19th still not received my order or had a reply so the way I see it they've stolen my money do not order from them. The status is still the same saying in transit. Very disappointed in the company.

I ordered 2 bottles of Davidoff cool water mild deodorant spray. Didn’t get confirmation of order. Tried contacting customer services but got system message failure notification. A few days later I got a message from supplier saying warehouse was sent wrong product so I will be getting a refund. Really not happy.

I return to this site times and again for repeat purchases as it's always been hassle free transactions and decent prices on the products. Great items, very well priced and extremely fast delivery....

I was very impressed with how Fragrances Cosmetics Perfumes handled my order. The order was delivered very prompt, the perfume was very keenly priced. Very pleased with my purchase.

Never receive email confirmation. Seller doesn’t send item and also doesn’t have any way for you to contact them. Their phone line on their website doesn’t work. Scam. Luckily I paid through PayPal and could easily file a dispute and get my money back.

I made an order, paid for it and have heard nothing since. No order confirmation, no acknowledgement of payment. My email to them came back undeliverable. The phone is a generic answering system that they haven't responded to when I left a message. I've raised a dispute via PayPal to try to get my money back.
I don't know whether these people are still in business even though they are selling on Google.
Avoid them.

This was ordered by mistake I immediately emailed you to cancel but you ignored my request and sent the item

The perfume I ordered from this store arrived in pristine condition, packaged securely to prevent any leakage or damage. The scent is truly mesmerizing, and its long-lasting nature allows me to enjoy its alluring fragrance from morning to night.

I ordered some perfume, and upon submitting my payment the site errored and I had no idea if my order had gone through or not. I didn't receive a confirmation email so assumed not. Therefore I ordered my perfume elsewhere.
That evening I noticed on my online banking that the funds for the perfume were pending, so I emailed the company to ask them to cancel and refund me because the site errored. I followed up a few days later. I then received the perfume in a battered and opened box and never received a reply back from the company. Poor service and I'll never use the site again.

Everything was packed well, quick delivery.

It would have been nice to acknowledge receipt of my order? I was left wondering whether it had gone through & emailed them direct but got no reply! I almost reversed the PayPal payment but Luckily the product turned up rather quickly
