The items were dispatched & arrived super quick.
The items were nicely presented in a little pouch & the overall packaging was good.

Unfortunately I have doubts about the authenticity of this perfume sample I recently ordered. There is no fragrance minutes after spraying, almost as if it’s been watered down? I ‘ve had samples from other companies with no problems. I’ve tried contacting but not getting any response, keep getting notices coming up that the site isn’t working ?

HI Valerie, the fragrance was authentic and unaltered. We replied to your email and sent you proof of purchase. We replied within 2 hours, but it seems that you were looking for an instant reply. Sorry that you doubt the fragrance, but we don't dilute fragrances and hence why we have a 5* verified rating with Trustpilot, which is quite literally impossible if we were doing what you claim!
