Trash...this is not Chanel Cristalle, now the game of refund and returning I can't give no stars

Scam company. Give every excuse under the sun as to why they can’t provide tracking. Anyone not received their order, please report to trading standards, contact your bank or go down the CCJ route.

I have received nothing after 10 days, no reply to emails, phone switched off, no reply to Facebook messenger. I suspect this site is a scam and will be contacting my credit card company to get help with a refund.

My son used his Easter money to purchase from this company and three weeks later it still hasn't arrived. Emails say they will send but still not received and now totally ignoring me. Where is the order please? Or refund him asap ?

I had a negative experience with ordering from this store. They sent me a completely different fragrance sample than the one I had ordered. I am 100% sure of this because I have the same fragrance in a full-size original bottle, and it smells completely different.
When I contacted the store about this issue, they told me they would correct their mistake and send the correct sample.
A week later, I have received no messages from them and, of course, no package.
I believe this is because they don’t actually have the original fragrance and therefore cannot fix the situation.
So my conclusion is: they sell non-original fragrances.

Fragrance revolution boutique’s customer service has been fantastic, in particular the response time and positive action to customer requests left me extremely satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend their services!

After a first failed delivery attempt from the post office because they couldn’t find my house as it’s a little tricky to find the package went missing but when I contacted customer service it was handled very professionally and a replacement was as sent out free of charge and the communication with Mia was handled very well and I’m super happy with my purchases will defiantly be a repeat customer now that I know that This is a trustworthy site

I didn't have a bad experience like a lot of others. I believe the fragrance i ordered to be genuine I had zero problems. Ordered on Sunday arrived on Thursday. Will be ordering again.

They sell fake copies do not buy, and don't offer refunds , Diane trying to manipulate me over email , avoid at all costs

Absolutely awful avoid at all costs, pay attention to previous bad reviews complete waste of time,Fragrance ordered for a wedding figured a week would be ample time to arrive it never did. Wasn’t sure it would have turned up at all, and would likely be fake based on other reviews anyway. Again met with the too busy etc etc, stop advertising then until you’ve caught up on orders??! Never again

This was my first (and last) order with this so-called retailer and it's not possible to exaggerate the awful buying experience from this company. It's a UK based company - they charged me a flat rate of £7.45 for postage (there was no choice given and I didn't think anything of it at the time). I assumed this was being sent Next Day / Guaranteed delivery - 20 days later, I received the order. In that time, I sent 2 x emails querying whether the order had been shipped - no response. I then read their shipping info on their website - they sneakily don't tell you delivery times and just list Royal Mail pricing which is pointless. I spent £155 for a sample of Black Tie by Celine (having had it before), and a couple of small samples. What I got was a very nasty / sickly beast mode, cheap smelling fragrance. I contacted them via their chat on their website - "Mia" said she would check their CCTV (really?) and then said I was confused with 'the concept'. What legit seller would tell you that unless they were gas-lighting you and have no intention of resolving the problem.

Avoid, if you call them out on their fulfilment delays, they tell you that they’re busy and understaffed, then go on to ignore you without ever fulfilling your order. I get being busy, but hire to meet the demand, maybe? And to charge £6.50 for delivery for samples, then not ship the order for over two weeks, they’re conning you on the delivery fee as well.

I had a fantastic experience. I had direct communication from the business. The samples were perfect and sent out very quickly. Perfect if you want to try a high end perfume or fragrance before buying a full size. Really good for taking on holidays also.

Samples delivered in good time, obviously not in original bottles but well packaged. Slight confusion over sample size, but was my mistake and had been actually sent more on one of the samples. Will definitely use again.

A great little company that I have used a few times now. Perfume samples are a great way to find a new perfume. Would highly recommend.

I have been waiting for a month for a perfume delivery. No responses to my email asking for the update. It has come at the end. It does not smell like the original perfume I wanted. Please avoid this. I am very unhappy with the whole experience. It has been a waste of money and time.

I have purchased both for myself and as gifts for my family, and everyone was absolutely delighted. I already have 6-8 different perfumes. The fragrances are original, the selection is great, and the service is excellent. I already recommend this store for my friends who looking for authentic perfumes in small decants! I will definitely be coming back for more soon
