I bought a Perfume from Fragrance Prime store, as they accept return I returned the product, but they never refund me since April 14 2023 until now

The communication is very hard with, it's very difficult to get someone to talk or get an answer, you have to contact them again and again.
I contacted my Bank and contested the transaction, but until now no hope, even banks they don't do big things for you...
I already had an issue before...
