Great servers, great service and a great price. My own fault with servers selection was resolved in less than 10 minutes. Awesome!

Have had close to 0 issues with my server and when I have had a minor issue my tickets have been answered and solved within minutes! Has been a awesome experience with my FS22 Server for over 3 months, thanks to Fragnet!

Can't say I've had any notable issues, maybe a minor issue here and there but the support was amazing in fixing it quick

I recently purchased a farming simulator 2022 dedicated server. I have to say it hasn't been without its issues but the support team have been fantastic. they are responsive and were able to fix all my issues. Its nice to see a company take care of their customers like Fragnet does. I originally created the server in Chicago and when I ran their latency test it showed Atlanta as the better choice. it was as simple as selecting a drop down and clicking a button and now my server is in atlanta at 1/2 the latency. Great job fragnet!!!

I have more than 3 years of experience with Fragnet Network. Fragnet is good place when you have big gaming community. When you need not just a game server, but a platform where you can do whatever you want with your game servers. These guys will give you every comfort they can within the limits of what is possible and their agreements.
Fragnet is also a great place for resellers. I have a lot of experience with global providers and these guys are number one.

Fastest support response times I have ever come across. Their support team is also very patient and kind. Fragnets services are also top notch, nothing to say really, fast support means very few problems.

Very good service. Server running as expected. An issue that appeared after approximately one year has been resolved within 10 minutes after sending a ticket to support.

Great service, no questions about it. I've had a server running for a few months with little to no issues. Had a problem over this weekend, and I created a ticket for it. Within 30 minutes the issue was resolved with prompt reply from the support team. I am happy as can be!

Farming 22 server did not started.
Within a few hours Ervin solved the problem and made a hardware switch.
He also double-checked if all worked, even with a screenshot.

Being of the older 'ludite' generation I generally need help with IT stuff. Got to give it to them, they are quick to reply and so far everything has been relatively simple and quick. I only have a TS server for £2/month which I think is pretty cheap. Will say this though, I was charged an extra £3 cash fee by my credit card company so if you are considering using this firm I'd strongly suggest using another form of payment. Unless of course you couldn't care less about fees.

Edit: Just to be clear. I don't consider the cash fee I was charged to be an issue with Fragnet. I consider it to be sh1tty stuff from the card company. The warning was given because it happened and not a reflection on the company.

SO bad website. Laggy and load a lot of time.... Never MORE!!

So the team helped me over 6 hours to get things to work for the server. This is the first time i have ever had my own server and they were very helpful and mostly swift sometimes responses are delayed but that happens . They did end up fixing the problem in the end ! well done and thank you bunches
