Good prices, orders that never ship

I placed an order almost one month ago and it has still not been dispatched.
The order status has been stuck in “processing” the entire time.

I contacted customer support more than a week ago to ask for an update and received no response at all. There is no clear communication, no estimated shipping date, and no explanation for the delay.

I am still willing to receive the items I paid for, but the lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable, especially for an order of this value.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from Zavvi unless you are prepared to wait indefinitely or chase support for basic information.

Nope. Never again.

Ordered one thing without any update for 3 days. I have contacted twice the customer service without any response.
I don’t recommand at all this « store ».
Hope I can get a refund…

Goodies cine & series & cie Masterclass

For me, it's truly the best service for all kinds of goodies related to TV series and films. I can't believe how much they have in stock. And their teams are really lovely. When I was really struggling, they wanted to take care of me and gave me their direct line. But I didn't dare take the plunge. I know I would have been happy to be one of their employees and maybe even open a Zavvi in France. That's my dream.

good site but steelbook difficult to…

good site but steelbook difficult to find, not clear between UK and Europe. Some steelbook are available some not it seems,
price too high and packaging of steelbook a bit light

Still not received.

Still not received.. more than 2 weeks (and more cause of the weekend and monday the 14th in France) is not acceptable. If you cannot honored the orders when you propose promos, don't propose promos.

Prices, disponibility, quick shipment

Since my first order I found that Zavvi was a very reliable enterprise.
Rarely a shipping problem occured or isn't quickly solved
Good prices
A lot of merchandise for all desire
For DVD Blu-ray, 4k ,it's a real paradise.
You can't find it on A.az.n , surely you would found it on Zavvi.
Shipment is quickly solved, taxes are somewhere over the rainbow
And you're are send in your paradise
