Luck I always pay by credit card so I am confident I will get a refund.

Electric bike scammers don't bother buying,
Bike got delivered to random address and also ordered a jacket that turned up at and an adress other than my own and I got the seller to send a replacement and got sent to the wrong address again im £700 down but hopefully get a refund I thought dhgate was trustworthy but its not seeming it 😤😤

They will not allow you to put 1 star as you will not be able to submitted. I want to tell everyone do not buy from this DHgate website. If you did not receive the item, from ebay, you still can dispute a claim. bu with them they will ask your evidence of you did not receive the item. Is this a Joke! What evidence you can provide. Instead of asking the seller to provide the tracking details to see the seller dent it or not or send it by wrong address but they ask the buyer to give evidence. They are THIEF.

What a joke ordered slippers and paid £40 for them back in April 2020, today is 9th of June 2020 received a small package in the mail opened it and there was one sweet wrapped in green paper with Chinese writing on it, the package was the size of a perfume box but was written shoes on description ( customs must have been having a right laugh)had the tracking number on front so knew I was scammed right away. I am livid that some dishonest p***k can go through the trouble of posting this with no guilt. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. AVOID the seller Yinjixian1 still selling other stuff on there just checked , my order number 3198665194. I normally don't buy if there are no reviews and just bought as there were two on the product clearly false ones. I have ordered twice before and received so no put off ordering anything else :(

Tried to order a belt from a seller with 5 stars, reviews seemed legit and had over 1,000 orders. My bank called and asked if I was trying to deposit $20,000 dollars to a person in the UK. Instantly said no and had to get another card, better that than losing my money. Reviews mean nothing, DONT BUY FROM HERE.

Very bad company
I orded a pair of shoes (ref 3179962810) January 23, I received May12th a pair of socks. I can understand the delay could be longer because of COVID, but 3 and half month is huge, and receiving the wrong article can also arrive but I wrote to the customer service few times, no answer. In the end I paid 65€ for a pair of socks.

I Just got scammed. Shipment went DHL delivered and signed for in Hawaii. I live in NY. I disputed. I escalated to mediation. The mediator just checked if it got delivered. He did not review any exhibits. I had proof it was sent to somebody else. They told me I should check with my post office. So you cannot count on Dhgate to protect you. I will never order from them again. Do not waste your time.

do not buy from DHgate! it steals fursuits from people who work hard to make them and make fake copies!

I ordered three types of masks, two NK95 and one surgical masks and one 300 packs of disinfectant wipes on April 4. So far i did not receive even one of these items. I messaged the sellers and i did not get reply for several days and whenthe message finally came, one of the seller tells me masks with valve which i ordered do not exist any more and i need to change to non valve masks. The problem is the site states it was shipped already and i would be getting it on April 20. This was incorrect information. In fact, the seller did not send masks yet and did not even notify me he did not have the masks with valve for almost three weeks. They need to do better quality control of the sellers. I spent well over $1000.00 dollars and i do not know if i will get any of my items. I will never use this site again. If it were not for Coronavirus situation, i would not even looked at this site.

I still haven't received this item and the seller don't want to give me my full refund

I tried to order masks, at my own expense, to be handed out to my community during this pandemic. The order appeared to go through but, when I tried to order more masks, it wouldn't let me. I wondered if, perhaps it was the card I was using or maybe the seller had run out. NOPE! DH Gate had security flagged my first order (for no reason whatsoever) and then blocked me from making any other purchases on the site. When I figured this out, as requested, I uploaded my credit card into their verfication system to prove it was mine. Then I tried everything I could think of to get someone to expediate this review, given the severity of the need. I got nowhere with their automated service so I tried Facebook. It took another day before they got back with me. I responded immediately to a question they had but, then, silence. Again, a full day passes and they tell me that I have to email my card, ID, and bank statement showing that they had, in fact, charged me. Keep in mind, at this point it has been OVER FOUR DAYS since I first made the order and I wouldn't have even known there was a problem if I hadn't tried to order other things. Even if they respond to it immediately, you can imagine that the masks are not likely to get here anywhere near May 1st, which is when our governor plans to open up businesses again. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

In January downloaded the app & ordered my Grandson a youth Flyers Jersey for his birthday.
I understood, at first there was a holiday & then the virus hit. I kept in touch with my seller. I was kind and patient. My grandson & I prayed for the health of our seller & his country.
The order showed it as shipped - for 3 months with no progress & the seller stopped communicating. Tracking number showed "no information available". End of April DHGate cancelled my order when I opened a dispute. I didn't want a refund. Now, I must tell my grandson that we were lied to and his gift is NOT coming. I must tell him our kindness & patience was met with lies and dishonesty.

Do not get your self stuck in this mess. It takes months for them to send the product. All shoes are fake. Most stuff are fake. Just a very very bad place to spend your money. I hope this website gets shut down. Save yourself a head ache and save your hard earned money for someone who respects and appreciates your business

I would leave 0 stars if i could. Most sellers on the site have bad reviews. A seller stole my money and i have to wait for 3 weeks before i can ask for my money back. I purchased a item there was only on3 choice for postage. Dhl 60 euro. With covid 19 i fugured this was my only choice. The seller shipped item next day under standard FREE shipping. Ill probably recieve it 3 months from now if im lucky. I confronted seller he said "woops made a mistake" and wont reply further. Dhgate refuse to help they say its not theft and i must wait untill after the estimated delivery of the shipping method he chose the next day and not the shipping method i PAID for the previous day?? Im actaully still blown away by this. Iv even gone to the trouble to seek legal action. There is plenty of sites that sell china goods i STRONGLY advise you dont use dhgate

I purchased eight different orders but didn’t use the same card on all the products I ordered. I was told order no# 3198233030, 3198233029, 3198233031, 3198010960 and 3198010961 all were accepted, but I’m being told that order no# 3198262570 is pending payment verification and order no# 3198265272 item is being processed but is also being told that the card was declined, I tried to order 3198330166 multiple times and was told that I was entering my card no# incorrectly when I wasn’t. So the system or seller would not allow me to purchase the product.

Dhgate are corrupt i ordered 3 lots of items 2 have been shipped 1 still isnt shipped and they keep giving me the run around i just want my refund now they lie keep away from them at least with ebay you get your refund not like dhgate

DH Gate is a fraudulent company. I placed an order in early Feb 2020, the seller shipped me the wrong items. The seller would not acknowledge or respond to my messages that they sent me the wrong items so I opened a dispute. I wanted to send the items back and get a refund. I no longer wanted to work with this seller due to lack of response and unprofessionalism. The seller did not comply with the dispute, they did not acknowledge that they received the return, they will not comply that my refund should be released. Fast forward over 2 months, now mid April 2020 DH Gate mediation will not work with the seller or myself and they will not release my refund. I am done with this company, they are so unprofessional. This isn't a small refund, its hundreds of dollars. I called my bank today to report the fraud and request a chargeback for the charge. I will NEVER order from DH Gate again.

I have made 3 purchases from this site over the past year. The first order was never received and tracking says it arrived 3000 miles away from me. 2-3 months later I got my money back

The second order was never shipped and they cancelled it without any communication with me. 2-3 months after they got their money, I got a refund

Now the third order, 2 months after I place the order it arrives in some weird location on the east coast and I am on the west coast

I am absolutely fed up with this site and advise anyone to just stay away, its just a huge frustration. Its so tempting because the prices are good, but please just don't bother. After I deal with final resolution of this 3rd order I am cancelling my account and never ordering from them again
