I made a mistake when placing an order, wrote to the support service about it, and the problem was resolved an hour later. I received the parcel three days later, from Spain to Sweden. You can use both the service and the speed of the order as an example. I am very satisfied!
Incredibly entitled customer service. Apparently, they offer nib service "only to their best customers". Yeah, that's the direct quote from their email. It's appalling to me how businesses like these can even have *any* customers with this kind of approach. Avoid and bring your money somewhere where they are actually appreciated, businesses like these shouldn't stay open.
The prices are good and it's one of the only sellers in Western Europe to sell TWSBI nib sets! Shipment was very quick and I appreciate that (15€ shipment via DHL to France).
Unfortunately, take into account that if there is a problem with a product, you will have to pay for the returning shipment.
I've been said the nib had been inspected before being shipped, yet there is a real issue with the nib that is so scratchy that it tears the paper.
