After been let down by a larger company at the last minute (enterprise), I rang this company, they sorted a vehicle out for me in minutes, and they were £120 cheaper.

What a great company! I rang to enquire about their range of vehicles as I wasn’t sure what best suited my needs. They were very knowledgeable about their products, very polite, professional and helpful. Set me up with just what I needed, and told me all the info I needed to bring with me on the morning of collection. The process of hiring only took 5 minutes. The vehicle was only a year old and like new! Inside and out was immaculate. Very clean, and the vehicle drove very well! On return the staff were again very polite and professional, checked the vehicle and returned my deposit. Very good company to hire from!

Staff refused to give us our deposit back after returning vehicle. Spoke to me like I was s*** and refused to give me details as to why.
DO NOT USE!!

Looking to hire a van from a local company to where my holiday home is. Looked through their T&C’s before booking. Nothing stated about needing to be local.

I booked and reserved paying deposit online.

I got a call from an office lady, advising don’t you have a local address. Advised only holiday home but licence and bank in my home address.

Did not like me saying am not happy with the lack of information. Her reply “I just work here, you can speak to director”

So I did, explained my situation and reason for rental. He did advise they can speak to insurance but could take 72 hours. However my rental was for Wednesday and was not taking chances.

I asked if they online for reviews. He said yes, so I did reply ok thanks will leave one and he got quite a***y.

Left google review and manager lied about my contact with office to make out customer in wrong and they all good.

No confirmation of refund has been received.

Paid on card for a taxi twice from alternative area. When I'm in my home town on a weekend they never fsil..As soon as I go out of that area the taxi's don't want to know..2 years down the drain.....Never again...OK when it suits them in their area...Two years, every time I'm outside the area they let me down, not interested...And i' ve complained about this before..I'm stuck here right now at 12.30 with no option but to walk...
