Bonus/withdrawal
€100 bonus was given as a deposit was made. I wagered the bonus x35 as per their terms and conditions (i made sure to read the t&cs before playing, including the long list of excluded games). After the wagering was completed, I had €900 to withdraw. I withdrew €800 and left €100 to continue playing with. My withdrawal has been revoked as they are claiming that I made over the maximum €5 bet, which isn't the case during the wagering, the bet over €5 was made after the withdrawal had already been requested. I have asked for this to be resolved. I will update to a 5* if and when this issue is resolved.
Update: had several emails from multiple agents stating that I was still using bonus funds when the bet was placed. This was definitely not the case. One email claimed that I hadn't completed the wagering requirements, again not the case. The winnings had moved from bonus funds to withdrawable funds. The agent said it was in the t&cs that it was still bonus funds being used - i have re-read the t&cs again today, and pointed out to the agent that this was not stated anywhere in their t&cs, they have not responded to that part of the email.

Penalised for using their site how they intended
Having a big win, then taking over a week for the funds to be withdrawn, sat in "processing" not providing me with any update. After constantly chasing, the funds were finally processed.
2nd big win, and had my withdrawal cancelled and balance "confiscated" due to breaching "bonus T&C's" and betting over 5 EUR. Pretty certain I didn't, then when speaking to live support, stating that I operated within the casinos parameters, they kept repeating the same thing, and closed the conversation. If you play on any other casino, if there are restrictions on bonus funds, it stops you placing that bet. Not here, they let you do what you want, and then when you can try and withdraw, the cancel it and take your balance off you.
You can tell at every point they will do everything they can to not payout. Whether it's delaying the process by a week, hoping you cancel the withdrawal and lose the balance, or try and site some T&C's at you, when all you did was place bets exactly how their own website let you place bets.
Awaiting a response on to when I apparently breached these terms. But think it's ridiculous that I was able to place bets on their site, then when threatened with a withdrawal, they cancel the whole thing.
I have played on many many online casino's before, and this has never ever been an issue. Red flags all over. Great site if you want to play slots. Awful site if you want to try and withdraw any winnings.

Unfortunately, I won €3,300 from this casino. While I did eventually receive the money, I would not recommend this casino for the following reasons:
Poor communication: The only options for support are live chat and email, which makes it difficult to get contact and clear responses.
Slow withdrawals: The withdrawal process takes far too long.
At first, I was worried I would lose all my winnings and wouldn’t be able to withdraw the money, especially after reading so many negative reviews. However, I was fortunate that my withdrawal went through successfully in the end.

the first time I played I won 2000 euro's!! which is great, the withdrawal was successful and I got an email the next day by a company called Skyhills that the payment was coming my way. 7 days later, I tried emailing them back on the same address and I was told the email did not exist any longer. still waiting, I contacted customer support on their website. from the start this conversation seemed very hostile and i got messages saying "the funds were confiscated due to breach of our terms and conditions" and "You made bets above 5 euro, you should be able to track your bets and find the exact bet" I did and the bet was 20 cents. Absolutely disgusted with this company. I first played and won €3398 so I withdrew it completed all my checks was contacting live chat daily to be told they can't give a time frame. 5 days later! Yes 5! My withdrawal was cancelled and they took €1399 back from me and emailed and said this was bonus money and I was not allowed to withdraw that! Absolutely fumin to say the least so i now have withdrawn €2000 and of course it's still pending! They are finding every excuse in the book not to send me my withdrawal scammed at its worst! They are obs conning people out of money and winnings and should be shut down immediately i will be seeking legal advice as they are stealing people's money /update I had a response and conveniently they can't find my account and haven't resolved the issue stay clear of these frauds they don't pay out when they should and deny accountability when they steal your money
