I ordered and paid for, a Foxwell NT510 Elite from Foxwellstore online on Dec 17, 2022. It is now Feb 3 2023 and I have not received the item, nor have I heard any response or any communication from my requests for status. So far I am not very pleased with service, or promised delivery or communication. Their “chat” feature is ignored, and my email to their sales has not been even acknowledged. Hopefully this will change!!
Very bad communication not answer email and they don’t give order track details or when it will expected to deliver I paid my order but no reply or answer my email I don’t know what to do.
