I ordered a birthday gift from foxmer. It was a customized necklace. They said would he delivered in 48 hours but took 4 days. Additionally they don’t send you an email or sms to follow up I had to reach out through WhatsApp. Also the hook of the necklace broke with only a week of us. Not satisfied. The customization of name was nice but quality and time taken not worth it.

The only reason I knocked stars off is because I purchased a pair of gold earrings and when they came they were all bent and one is practically about to snap, so I haven't been able to wear them. I have emailed and haven't received a response. However, I was very happy with my other purchase. I hope someone replies to me now......
