I was very nervous and apprehensive when it came to finding the right person to help me organise a car loan due to it being my very first loan. I felt quite lost as I didn’t know where to start. I did my research and came across very good reviews about Fox Finance Group. Paul Evans helped me and honestly can say he made the process so easy and stress free! Paul had great communication, was very honest and is someone who I believe had the best intentions for me! Couldn’t recommend Paul and Fox Finance enough.

Can not fault Bronwyn in her dealings with me. Would recommend Fox to anyone.

Fox Finance were efficient from the day of application. Lovely customer service and from start to finish of the application kept me informed of what was needed to ensure payout day was maintained due to urgency. My Broker went above and beyond 110% to the point of staying late to ensure payment and working closely with the finance group who also worked late. Thamk you all so much I love my new car 😊.

where do I start? (definitely worth the read)

Well this process wasn't easy, it did take a lot longer than expected. there were in my opinion avoidable mishaps. frustrations and emotions were flowing by the end.

The process started the 6th of July 2020. I was referred by UME to refinance my current car loan. my budget was $25,000 over 5-7 years I received a call from Bronwyn. Initially conversations were positive, Bronwyn assured me that I would be able to refinance my loan no dramas. The process started by day 1-2 I already had an offer (well below my expectations) for $18,000 not including the negative equity I had on current loan. This was not the outcome I was hoping for or was happy to take. I was offered another loan opportunity one in which I was happy to take.

The following week (week of the 13-17 of July) I was super hopeful. At this stage everything was ready to settle, Wednesday the 15th of July in the afternoon my loan was sitting with a settlements officer being prepared to settle that afternoon. I called Bronwyn who as always was more than happy to answer my phone calls and answer my questions, I asked if she heard any news from the lender which unfortunately didn't informed me that settlement would occur Thursday the 16th of July I called to see if the loan had settled. Bronwyn told me that its hung up in the settlement process for an unknown reason.

I obviously unhappy with this as I made Bronwyn aware. again going well above the call of duty she contacted the Business Mgr of the lending company to see if he could finalize and push the settlement through. I waited not so patiently for the answer, later in the afternoon Bronwyn called and said that the business Mgr has approved this for settlement which will occur on Friday the 17th of July. I was over the moon about this and I couldn't wait, Friday afternoon rolls around and I get a call from Bronwyn at 5:30pm informing me that the lender has back flipped.

I was gutted at whole process thus far. The week of the (20 - 24) arrived Monday I enquired with Bronwyn about refinancing with UME. i was just ready to know the fate once and for all. mid week came the personal loan fell through as well as the 3rd lender option. Bronwyn again went above and beyond her duties and went to the lender who had stuffed me around to see if they would reconsider just lending me the purchase amount for the vehicle. I was offered a less than desirable offer from UME and I Bronwyn was unsure how long it would take for the other lender to return an answer of just the purchase amount. I was feeling incredibly drained and gave up all hope and I was ready to call it quits at this point no point in flogging a dead horse as the saying goes right?

Friday morning feeling depressed and frustrated I sent Bronwyn an email stating my intent to end the search for finance and just quit. at about 10am I received a call from Nathan Drew, he was calling to check up on me and let me know that Bronwyn was devastated by my email. He also informed me that I had 2 options either UME or the other lender who was happy to proceed with just me the purchase price. Decision time was here and it was time to decide my fate. I went the lender who agreed to the purchase price. by the end of the day my loan settled fast forward a few days I'm in my new car. WOW

Fox finance was really great, they got on to things very quickly and made life so easy.
I was approved for the highest amount they could get for me in my circumstances.
Other loan brokers/companies were only willing to give me half of that.

Rowdie from Fox Finance really did the hard work in getting my application approved. He gave me regular updates when he got them. Even speaking with me after regular work hours since I work split shifts. I 100% recommend Rowdie and Fox Finance Group.
