There was little information supplied to me about all of the fees and charges associated with financing the new car, or Pepper money. Pepper money does not have an online facility to monitor the loan interest and repayments.

I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received with in particular, David Jarman. He always kept me up to date via emails and phone calls to see where things were at for my loan approval. Highly recommend, will definitely will recommending this company for sure. Thank you once again.
