The end product is incredible, so beautifully made and crafeted with thought and care. The communication from Alisha throughout was so swift and kind, the first bear was completed and sent in the post but was lost by the post office. Alisha agreed to do another free of charge, quickly and managed to get it to me for my wives birthday. First class product and even better service.

i ordered a keepsake bear made from my daughter’s very first outfits, weighted to her exact birth weight, and i am honestly over the moon. it is absolutely perfect. the craftsmanship is incredible; every stitch is so neat, the details are beautiful, and you can tell so much care went into making it.

it was also packaged so beautifully and securely, you can tell that fowlers threads really care about their work arriving safely.

holding it feels so emotional because it brings back all those newborn memories, and the weight makes it feel even more special. i love it so much and couldn’t be happier. truly perfect and so well made!

I am beyond impressed by the product I received from Fowlers Threads.

The process for submitting my order and mailing my baby clothes was extremely easy, and the customer service was brilliant, letting me know once my items had been delivered, once construction of the bear had begun, etc. which was really nice to know.

Turnaround was great too - an approximate time frame for creation was given on the website, and it only took a month from my clothes being sent in early August to receiving the bear in early September.

Pricing was more than reasonable and the quality is excellent, and I'm in love with the bear I received - it shows off all of the little loves of the baby it represents, all of his favourite things through the clothes he wore, all in one lovely little bear.

I am so incredibly thankful to Fowlers Threads and have nothing but praise to offer.

I have just received my bear from Alisha and I absolutely love it. Alisha is brilliant with communication and asking exactly what you want to ensure she gets it right. What an amazing gift!!! We went to alisha for 3 memory bears, we was a little unsure of what we wanted and had heaps of sentimental clothing. We left it to alishas creativity and experience and it was the best decision we could have made. We couldn't have been more happy with the results 😊 every part of the bear gave us special memories of our loved one, and the attention to detail was unbelievable! There is no one else I would go to. Couldn't thank Fowlersthreads enough, this gift really brought peace and closure to a hard time in our lives.

The most fantastic experience from start to finish. We bought a memory bear from a lost loved one. Alisha was amazing through out, super easy process, we just sent our items of clothing and a beautiful bear arrived afterwards. The time and care taken with these bears and the clothing is meticulous. The bear itself is amazing quality and perfect in every way. We loved it so much we ended up getting 3 more for other members of our family. 100% recommend!! Thank you so much Alisha! 🥰
