I tried to complain about an item I was sold. I sent a number of reminders but got no response at all despite making a complaint as per Fowlers complaints procedure.
Very poor service.
The one star is for their great showroom.

Fowlers are extraordinary. One of the most efficient, helpful, and capable companies i have had the pleasure to deal with ever.

People are quick to complain and not praise

I have used Fowlers for genuine parts several times and have never been disappointed, I have been amazed at the speed of pick and dispatch though. Order sun eve, on your doorstep tues (uk mainland for stocked parts)

Very easy website and they are my go to regarding parts for my KTMs thoroughly recommend them

Found myself in a really bad situation on a Thursday night, bike got knocked over by a neighbour snapping the kick stand. The bike was due to be part exchanged on Monday morning. Fowler's had the part in stock with sat delivery available. Delivered nice and early sat morning allowing me to get the bike sorted in time. Much appreciated 👌

Superb customer service on parts from my Yammi. Not in country but they still arrived within a week. I am slightly biased as have had two bikes off them. Great service

My experience with Fowlers has been nothing but exceptional. Their customer service is outstanding and they are quick to respond. I may even visit them to show them my bike they have helped me rebuild and see if they would like to use it for advertisement. It's realy refreshing to experience service above and beyond what is expected. Highly recommended.

Great service and some great advice, as an elderly gent there is a lot to think about when it comes to which bike to buy next and these guys were extremely helpful.

Stock for my year 2000 Yamaha XJR was very comprehensive, delivered really fast !

Well what can I say except Brilliant,
Bit late leaving this review but finally remembered to do it lol, we've been to Fowlers Bristol KTM twice to buy our new bikes one for myself & one for the better half from Jake Morris & said we'll be back if we want anything else well I didn't even make it out of the show room so in August 2023 'did say I'm a bit late lol' I collected my brand new shiny KTM RC after Jake sorted me a deal that was to good to ignore 👍 so that's 3 brand new KTM'S in under a year all from the same dealership the same sales person & all with the same fantastic service. The only problem is what one to ride lol.

Use these a lot for my KTM on and Off Road if you want a KTM speak to Dan Perry just a great genuine helpful guy.

Please don't buy a bike from here. I was sold an electric motorcycle, of sub standard quality, and within 2 months Fowlers had stopped selling or maintaining them. I was left high and dry and around 6 months later owned a bike that no longer started. The after sales team were terrible.
