I rented a QG Motor SRT 800 motorcycle…

I rented a QG Motor SRT 800 motorcycle from FourWeels Renting between June 6th and 9th, 2025.

The motorcycle had some imperfections due to falls and the clutch lever was broken in half. I asked "Cxxxxa" for another replacement motorcycle, but she said she didn't have one, and I accepted so as not to cancel the trip.
But the worst came later. At the end of the first day, I realized that the front tire was at the legal limit for driving, and from then on, in the following days, we faced the tight curves of the Alps with great difficulty, having to be extra careful not to fall.

We were lucky, it only rained one morning, but I spent three days worrying and worrying, knowing that we were in danger.

It should be their responsibility to keep the motorcycles in good condition and the only way I could feel compensated for the suffering and danger would be financial compensation.

I sent them a complaint, but to date they have not responded to me. Its administrator has proven to be an unscrupulous person who does not hesitate to put clients at risk to obtain maximum benefit.
