Brendan Wells sat with my family for quite a while & was awesome. He went above and beyond to get us the best rate situation. From depositing tedious bonds to opening up and transferring among four separate accounts. What a gem! Very pleased with our experience.

My experience at four leaf Credit union was excellent. From making Effortless transactions to closing accounts the associates there helped Me with all of my needs. I had to close out some accounts due to the passing of my wife, and Peter made it very simple and easy , He answered all the questions I had

FourLeaf is not competent at IRA distributions.
They say because their IRA distributions are processed in MD they cannot withhold state tax for any other states, so you are stuck with filing estimated state tax if you don't reside in MD.
They did not withhold the requested federal tax amount. But after 45 minutes on the phone they corrected that fed tax error. They agreed it didn't match requested amount, but had no idea why it needed to be fixed, so may happen again.

I was fortunate to have Leonardo , Westbury branch, help me today with a mix up on my accounts. He was patient in explaining, thorough in untangling + just the kindest most pleasant person. I am very impressed with the level of customer service shown to me. Thanks very much, Mary

Recently called regarding some information about opening a new savings account and Alicia not only explained the benefits of each kind but gave me the exact steps to make it happen. Alicia was incredibly patient and answered all my questions above and beyond.

Chris was so great, he helped me get set up with my first FourLeaf Debit Card swiftly and efficiently.

Absolutely horrible experience with insurance check due to a flood in my bathroom. They released 1/2 of the money awarded to me for repairs, they will not release the remainder so I can order the rest of the materials and pay my trades. I owe my contractor money, he won’t continue without payment so my job is at a stand still. I paid the insurance, I’ve never made a late payment on any of my bills. I highly recommend a real bank, credit unions are different. Seems this woman is trying to justify her job by holding back my funds. I’m closing all acts as soon as this ordeal is over and I’m warning anyone that is considering using BFCU/fourleaf that this is not a bank, they’re a joke of an establishment. I’ve made a complaint to the BBB and I’ll likely contacting a lawyer.

Representatives are always kind, considerate and respectful. Especially today when I had to see Thomas Rhett. I needed to show him my Non Drivers I.D.and also some texts that I got from my bank. We went over my bank account, there were two charges that I didn’t make and he issued me a new card.

I made an appointment for 9 AM on a Saturday morning to cash in some savings bonds. I arrived before the branch opened - and when I walked in - I was about to sit down & wait my turn & a bright young man named Connor popped by to greet us all - There were 2 other gentlemen there to do transactions as well. He asked is anyone here for the 9 AM appointment to cash in bonds - I said it was me, & he said great we could get started in just a minute & then proceeded to direct one of the other gentlemen to the counter for his transaction & advised the 2nd gentleman that someone would be with him shortly.
Connor made the task of cashing in my bonds a little less horrible. We made some small talk as we procced the transaction. He answered questions about another problem that I had - was more than happy to write information down - so I could work on resolving another issue.
I was pleased with the transaction. I never felt rushed at any point.
Connor was kind enough to ask if it would be okay if they sent me a survey, I was happy with my transaction - the services that Connor provided in my humble opinion was outstanding.

Amy was very helpful and presented valuable options.She guided us and we are happy with our choice.

Creating a savings account was simple and easy. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Customer Service is always good & Fast everyone is Curtis Thank You For all you guys do ☺️
