Not for us but great customer service

Although the watch wasn't great as we couldn't get it to link to a devise I have friends who rate the watches especially for it's low price.
As I said our experience with the watch wasn't great, it was difficult for our 8 year old to use and limited battery life.
Fourfit customer service however was great and the refund process was swift and I can't fault it. Would still consider buying other products from the company.

Not very useful as activity tracker

I ordered a Fourfit Mini2 in late Jan for my 10 year old son. I did not get any notification or tracking information for the next 2 days. When I wrote to customer care, I was informed it has not been despatched yet. However, it arrived on the next day. My son was super exited with the new band, but he became frustrated as soon as he started using it.
1. Battery life is extremely poor. Not even 6 hours it can sustain.
2. The app is faulty and not user friendly. Even though it is synced everyday, It cannot keep the history and becomes zero most of the time. However, it is random and there is no trend of it.
3. Connecting the device with the app (to sync) is also extremely painful, most of the time it does not work.
4. The distance calculation is not accurate.
Overall, the main purpose of having this band is not fulfilling. My son is so frustrated with it. I am not at all satisfied with this product and am regretting for wasting money in this product.
But I must say the customer care is very prompt and always tried to help with the issues though the workarounds did not work. At least they tried.

Total Customer Satisfaction

I purchased a watch for my wife for Christmas but unfortunately all the packaging was thrown away with all the other wrappings so we had no instructions etc
So we contacted Customer Services and they were very helpful and talked us through the set up and operation of the watch, which now works great and does exactly what we want it to monitor.
A great little watch well worth the money

Not fit for fitness

Received the watch after 7 days so not too bad, but could be better as advertised 3-5 working days. Strap is a nightmare to remove to charge the device, and to the dismay of my 9yr old, it won't track his sleep as its battery will not go a day and a half to allow this to happen. At a push 24hrs is all it will do, not acceptable so my advice is to avoid. Will be requesting a refund

One of the worst company

One of the worst company, to deal with. Order the watch for my daughter as a new year resolution so she could check and maintain a healthy workout due to lockdown and present situation. Surprise surprise, watch didn’t arrive until mid of January, I sent enormous emails and asking about my delivery but company keep telling me it’s on its way . company refuse to refund until they confirm from Royal Mail and needs at least a week to confirm from them and even after that need another 2 weeks to refund. Don’t waste your time and money with them.

Mini2 Review

A very poor product indeed. It doesn't charge well, when it does the battery life is less than 24 hours. It doesn't track the areas stated with any accuracy. Thoroughly disappointing, I would recommend people pay more money for a watch by a more reputable brand as it is more cost effective in the long run. Frustrated with myself as I should have done that initially.

Absolutely horrible seller!
The watch for my son came without charger and we couldn’t manage to charge it. I found the watch very cheap piece of plastic. The seller accepted a return so I sent the watch back. From this moment the seller was completely ignoring my emails.
After a month the PayPal refunded my money.

The support team did explain in correspondence the watch does not come with a separate charger as the watch has built in charging capabilities and correct setup was run through.

Your refund was processed once your order was received and was inspected that all parts were returned by the warehouse team.

Bought fo my daughter for Christmas did not charge so contacted four fit after numerous emails asking me to try different things they finally agreed to send me a replacement. I received that this morning and surprise surprise this doesn’t work either. Contacted fourfit again with same response try this and that. Asked for a refund and what a palava trying to get one . Not happy and an unhappy daughter

Maybe an iPhone mismatch

Ordered and got four bands, two minis and two for adults. Was very happy to have found something specifically for10+ since there seems to be a gap between 4+ and adults. Unfortunately could not get the bands to work with our iPhones 5 and 7. Contacted customer support and got prompt reply but still no result. After explaining the problem, they accepted a return of all four. Could be a connectivity issue with older iPhones - then that should be explained somewhere.
Anyway - prompt response and easy returns, so a 5 star rating for customer service.

Great customer service

Bought two watches for Christmas. One worked perfectly but second one would not charge. I emailed company on Christmas Day and got an almost immediate reply with some things to try. I did these and the watch would still not charge. I contacted the company again today and received a reply really quickly stating that they will send a replacement. The customer service has been first class and the watch that does work holds it’s charge for at least 3 days and charges quickly.

Good service

Good service. I made a mistake in writing my delivery address. I couldn’t find a phone number to get their customer service on and so I decided to reach them by email. They were quick to respond. I was impressed but they need to make their customer service number available in their purchase confirmation email to the customer where they have only put their email address for contact.

Poor battery life

Ordered 2 of the fourfit mini 2 watches for my kids for xmas. Arrived in very good time, kids really happy with them when they opened them up. Easy to set up and connect to app however the battery life is very poor. The watches last barely a day before they need charging again, so disappointing. Kids are gutted.

Not great product

Not great product as was looking as an alternative to the Fitbit I wanted it to be for my son who does not have a phone was unaware it needed a phone to work. Not the best but let’s see how it goes.

Also notifications on phone are Chinese!! So I’m cancelling as have no idea what they mean.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. Basically took a crow bar to remove strap in order to charge watch. Once we'd broken into the device and plugged in. Guess what. Nothing happened. Will be looking for a full refund.

Avoid these cheats

Avoid these cheats! They DON'T hold stock, they are dropshipping orders out of China. The have all the excuses ready like " waiting of the packaging" this is all lies. My order was promised in 3 to 5 days but 2 weeks on it's still not delivered. I dropship from China myself and I know how it works, these cowboys try to make out they have available UK stock. Dishonest!!

Update! The watch arrived 15 days after I ordered, there's no instruction manual an no way to charge it. £24 for this is a ripoff and I have requested a refund.
Do not trust this company!
