SCAM!!!

I placed an order with Found My Hoodie in October, spending over 100€. I received a shipment confirmation email, but the package never arrived.

Since then, I have contacted their customer service at least seven times. They have not responded once. No tracking information, no explanation, no refund—just complete silence.

This company takes your money and then disappears. The lack of communication is unacceptable and is totally a scam. I strongly regret ordering from this website and would advise others to stay away unless they want to lose their money.

i placed an order 04/07/25, it’s now almost december of 2025, i never received the item, a response from MULTIPLE emails& complaints sent or any update. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. it is a scam, they charge you, never send the item and never respond to complaints.

It’s a scam. I’ve placed an order in February 2024 and over 1,5 yrs later and never received anything. Contacting customer service and other accounts didn’t help.

Hi, I made an order November 3rd last year. I recieved a confirmation soon after placing my order and never got any additional information. It's been ALMOST 9 MONTHS and I haven't been answered a single email, direct instagram message, I even emailed all the emails I could encounter associated to their business. I first got to know this brand because a past friend had ordered from there and they were nice hoodies and she never had an issue just said that it took like 1 month to get delivered. It has now been 9 months practically and I have gotten no response. This is a scam, and it is truly sad and embarrasing for them how unmoral they are. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. Legal action should be taken because I have asked for my money back many times or at least an update and received NO ANSWER.

I order 4 hoodies on the 28th of February over £160 and haven’t received them with no confirmation or response. Emails for contacting customer service is returning as undelivered. After a week of placing the order which I paid for instance processing on- I had an email stating it was on its way. I have had no further updates despite reaching out on social media aswell. Tracking is through shop and there is no updates. Don’t recommend at all it’s a scam!

We ordered a hoodie a month ago and still have not received it. I emailed the company and emails are now coming back as undelivered. Feeling like this is a scam.

To anyone else who has had issues with this company, please report it to the Federal Trade Commission as a claim. It is quick and can be done online, and it helps to take this company down for its shady business practices. The more people that make a claim, the more the FTC can do to help this issue be resolved.

Ordered a hoodie over a month ago and all I she’s gotten in a confirmation email and no reply to my emails to there support. SCAM! Waste of money. Don’t do it.

Spent $60 on a hoodie on the 9th, got a confirmation email. Nothing since then…I’ve emailed, contacted them on TikTok and Instagram, left countless comments. Saw where they’re deleting negative comments. Everyone is being scammed with zero contact. How do we take this company down?

I have tried contacting this company so many times on many different platforms. I ordered two hoodies back in March and never received them. I am beyond disgusted with this company and their ability to contact customers back. I would like a refund from not receiving my order. I spent almost $100 on two sweatshirts that I never received. My roommate received her hoodies, but I never did nor have I been contacted back on any platform.

I placed an order almost a month ago and never received my order, never got any returned e-mails regarding my order's status, and the company has no listing of a contact phone number. Was a scam!

Back in march 6, I ordered 3 hoodies which never arrived. When I tried to reach the Company the did not answer. Also everytime I tried to comment on their Instagram like “check dm” or something, my comment Got blocked!!! FAKE Company

Customer service here doesn’t exist. I’ve reached out 6 separate times and haven’t heard anything back after placing an order 2 months ago

I ordered tshirts for my boyfriend’s birthday present in March hoping to get them on his birthday or even a week or two after. But it’s now MAY and I haven’t heard ANYTHING back from them. I’ve emailed, reached out on Tik Tok and Instagram and have heard nothing. This feels like a true scam after buying $50 worth of merchandise for him and not even getting them a whole month after my purchase date.. I’m so disappointed.

i ordered 2 divorced parent survivor sweatshirts March 19th, i then recieved my shipment number and receipt April 12th. i’ve tried contacting them several times even went as far as direct messaging them on instagram. i have yet to receive my package nor have any updates onto where my package is and when i’ll receive it. 89 dollars wasted.

Their customer service is nonexistent. They don’t answer customers emails and it’s ridiculous. How do they expect to have a successful business if they ignore customer service emails?
