I'm a founder member of this luxe project, which is largely US-based and if you're a business owner or exec, especially if you travel for work, then it's a very good project. But it can be expensive if you fit adjacent to those categories.

In principle founders card is good. It's not exceptional but good. If you do not have a good credit card with benefits then I see why people would choose founders card. In my time I found it inferior to my amex gold and platinum. Tier levels with these two cards are much better and you get to keep them.Both my Amex cards have done more for me than my founders elite could. If you don't have these cards then please use the founders card.

I wasn’t able to get my employee’s room added to my account for points. My concierge stepped in, called the hotel directly, got the stay credited to my account, and secured my complimentary room upgrade.

Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen.
I have been reaching out many times to try and get a response. The only response I got was when I was going to renew my membership. I told them not to auto renew which they did, but I still have not received a response to my requests and it is a year now, The ones I did get, the executive passed the buck to customer service and that where it died. I just tried again, and all I got was a request to renew.

What a scam! Signed for complementary services through LinkedIn and ended up charged for a membership I didn’t ask for and had already said I wanted to cancel.

Member services answered my email in a prompt fashion, understand my query and were able to resolve in it a matter of minutes. They were very accommodating. It was a great first experience as a new Founders Card member.

When I first became a member, I was skeptical about the benefits offered. I admit I didn't take advantage of them as I should have, that initial year. The one I did truly enjoy, though, was the Gold Status with Hilton Hotels. Came in handy, that one did, and saved a great deal of money during convention season! This time, when I renewed, I took the time to peruse through the offers, the benefits, making sure I was set up for the coming year.
