Sorry but this was a joke of an…

Sorry but this was a joke of an experience. I activated my highly built-up complementary offer. Getting signed on and able to actually access the site to see what in fact my benefits are, was like a house of mirrors. When I finally did get access to see my benefits it was basically a non-stop sales effort to upgrade me to a more premium membership. It showed me a chart of my current benefits compared to the premium (extra cost) benefits. Basically, zero boxes checked for the highly self-promoted basic membership, and everything offered in the extra premium membership. I declined and finally got to the main page with my benefits. I went into hotels and found the Loews hotel in Chicago. As I proceeded to click my way through this, I was finally met with another attempt at getting me to sign up for the premium membership since this offering was not valid with my current trial membership! No thanks. You better show me the good before I purchase. I will stick with my Amex Platinum and Chase Saphire. No tricks.

FoundersCard Has Been a Game Changer

I’ve been a FoundersCard member for over a year now, and the experience has consistently exceeded expectations. I travel constantly and operate in a high-velocity environment, so I’m always looking for memberships that actually deliver value. FoundersCard has done that from day one.

Over the past year, I’ve had several interactions with Support and my personal Concierge, and every single one has been excellent—fast, personal, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a team that treats you like a true member instead of a ticket number.

I’ve also taken full advantage of the benefits: hotels, rental cars, premium travel perks, and a variety of business-related offers. All have been seamless and legitimately useful. The savings and status upgrades alone have more than justified the membership.

What I appreciate most is that FoundersCard feels designed for people like me—entrepreneurs, operators, and executives who want tools that reduce friction, elevate their travel experience, and help them move faster. The team keeps enhancing the benefits and truly listens to member feedback.

Highly recommend for any business leader or frequent traveler looking for a membership that actually pays off.

Incredible customer service!

Incredible customer service!!

I made a mistake whilst using their service so I contacted a representative through their app and they responded to me within an hour of the issue being noticed and resolved it incredibly quickly and professionally.

Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Great Card Great Support

I have been a member of Founders Card since 2013 and I keep using it in so many ways. Whenever I have an issue, which is rare, it gets resolved straight away in the utmost professional way - something of a rarity these days.

FoundersCard Bait and Switch SCAM

Signed up as a "trial" member only to be billed $395 6 months later with NO agreement to do so, no notice of the bill and no receipt for the bill. TOTAL bait and switch scam. Tried the service ONCE under trail membership and was horrible - totally useless and a time waster. RUN, do not get scammed.

FoundersCard more than paid for itself in perks and discounts

With my first year of FoundersCard, I discovered bespoke goods and services I would not have found otherwise. Even better, I saved over $6k on a Lenovo workhorse ThinkPad, and my younger family member was able to access travel perks that helped them keep their long-distance relationship thriving. Renewing!
