Foundations will get you right!

I’ve been with working with TJ and Foundations for several months. Since I started I’ve lost pounds and inches AND had increased muscle definition. TJ is consistent and intentional with his planning and training to help you meet your goals. He also includes a little of what you want to do, while keeping you on track with what you need for optimal growth. 😎 It’s not easy and he challenges me beyond what I think I can do. Even in those times I don’t quite hit the mark he encourages me to try again. Not always right then…sometimes days or weeks later…but I see improvement the next time. I look forward to continuing my work with TJ and Foundations! He is helping me achieve my fitness goals one session at a time, on my way to a healthier me!

Best Trainer in OKC

I’ve been training with TJ for a little over a year now. I go to his group classes as well as one on one sessions. In the group classes, he pushes you….and makes it fun at the same time. It’s challenging but over time it is rewarding. FOUNDATIONS fam makes it fun! TJ stays hyped 🔥 the energy level in the room stays motivating! You’ll notice that you get into shape fast. I breathe better, move better, joints feel better and lost 20lbs pretty quickly. He designs workouts specifically to meet whatever goal you have. He explains things that are important to make sure your form is correct so that you are getting the most results from each rep. He makes each workout challenging and creative so that you look forward to each session. If you are looking for someone that is knowledgeable, experienced, and makes the process enjoyable (with results)…he’s your guy!!

Working with TJ has been nothing shy of…

Working with TJ has been nothing shy of amazing. He listens to your goals & knows exactly how to move you in that direction. He understands the science behind working out & loves to teach you along the way. He keeps the workouts & conversations fun & engaging. I am stronger & in the best shape of my life at 30 years old thanks to TJ! I have only been training with him for 4 months. I cannot wait to see the progress I’ll have in a year, two years.
