SCAM - having returned the purchased items at my own expense and Foueo advised they would refund me, I have had no refund on the items or the postage as agreed on email, only emails saying they'll look into it and get back to me.

I ordered active chinos from IG. I was living in Indonesia and never received them because of “shipping delays”

I relocated to Vietnam and Foueo advised they would redirect them but never did.

They also said they would refund my purchase because I never received the chinos. But never did.

They appear not-legit.

Following up on my comment from September,... almost 8 months, and no resolution, just 8 months of lies. This is a fraudulent company and you're advised to stay away!!

Just received mine fitted perfect

I ordered items from a company called Foueo. The products were completely different from what was advertised, low-quality materials, cheap fabric, much smaller than the listed measurements, and badly finished with loose threads. They were unwearable.

I requested a refund, and after a lot of back and forth, the seller agreed but required me to return the items to China. I paid an extra £25 for tracked delivery, which they promised to reimburse. After returning the items, I never received the refund.

Do not trust this website. I ordered from them in April and my delivery never showed up. Since then, I have been in contact with them by email. They have told me on numerous occasions that they will issue my with a refund and have never followed through. They ignore me until I email back and then fail to issue me with a refund each time, making various excuses but providing no real reasons as to what’s going wrong and why they cannot issue the refund.
