Apologies for missing your previous emails. We are short staffed due to holidays.
Delivery can take up to 5 working days. Today is the 5th working day as you ordered on the 12th which was a Saturday.
If it does not arrive today by An Post please email me again and we will give you an option of a reprint or refund.

Would recommend to a friend , the website is very user friendly. Not a huge selection of frames on the website but the frame I received is good quality .it only took a few minutes to complete my order . was delighted with my frame picture and the delivery time was very quick. The framed picture came well wrapped and protected. I never received an email to inform me my order is being delivered with expected arrival day which I have got on other sites but that a very small thing , otherwise great service to use
