The worst quality and service ever

The worst service ever. I feel ripped off. I have order a labels I can not read because of the bad quality. I haven't get a refound, neither a solution and I am still waiting forever for a response or a solution I think I will never get. The only solution they have offered me is that I can order again with a 10% discount. Couldn't believe it.
