Unfortunately, I would not buy from Fotoema again.
I bought a KODAK PIXPRO online through their website less than a year ago. Between the camera and shipping, I paid almost €300, even though this model normally costs much less.
The flash stopped working while it was still under warranty, and I have been trying for about a month to get it repaired. They told me they would come to collect it, and I even provided the concierge’s hours, but nobody came and communication has been very slow.
I also contacted KODAK, and they told me to deal with the seller.
For me, the problem is not the price, but the fact that a warranty should be honored without the customer having to constantly chase the company.
Disappointing after-sales service. I would not buy from here again.
