I was introduced to Fotocare in 1999. I have since move out of NYC and continue to use Fotocare. They are an amazing source of information and equipment. I simply describe what I want to create and they make sure I buy the correct equipment to match the budget. I have never felt a push from them to make a quick purchase. Thus, I recommend Fotocare in every Equipment conversation: professional, amateur and students. Long Live Fotocare!

Super helpful and friendly Staff, highly recommend.

I have been a customer for 20 years and they treat me with patience and respect if I'm buying a $5 roll of tape or a $5,000 camera. They are knowledgeable and will get you the right gear for you project including rentals.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always courteous and helpful.Though this is a store basically for professional photographers, the prices are competitive with any store in the city.

Simply the best. Everyone at Fotocare works to make sure that you get the best service and that continues long after you have bought a product here.Whenever I have a problem with software or anything else Fotocare are the first I call. Don't try to save money going elsewhere, this is the place to shop and rent.

THE PRO photo shop in NY, their client list and contacts are simply impressive. If you need high end equipment and want to talk to people who know their stuff or just need an honest recommendation for a simple point and shoot cameras, this is the place. Their help doesn't end with the sale, they contact company reps, repair services and help sort things out, unlike most places today. And if you ever need to rent ANY equipment, they have that too. And all at great pricing that easily competes with anybody in NYC and beyond. My go-to ever since I live here. Never a bad experience.
