Great service, beautiful product
I ordered a briefcase for my boyfriend and even though the delivery took a little longer due to pending backorders, I was very happy with customer service I received from Eva, who kept me updated and even helped to add engraving after I placed the order. The bag arrived beautifully packed and is a of a really good quality. I highly recommend Forzieri!

My name is Elliot...I purchased 3 leather bags from Robe De Firenze in March 2021 (including a backpack and two "vertical bags" of which I have 3 of them from purchases I made 5 and 10 years ago...I have other briefcases and bags from them also) and they are ALL phenomenal! The calfskin is breathtaking!!
I must say that Valeria (and later Eva De Luca) were kind, their English was superb, and in particular Valeria was so helpful (e.g., I had some questions at first, so Valeria would forward my emails to Robe de Firenze to be sure I was understood by them). Then she'd get back to me to confirm it all. (I have a terrible Stroke so she clearly and kindly communicated easily with me.) She was wonderful and I hope Valeria and Eva are there when I call again in the future!
Thank you...and I only wish Robe had more items that were available, (were on sale!!), I could afford more of them...and then I could have more clear, lovely communications with Valeria and/or Eva!!

In October 2020, I returned a handbag bought at Forzieri.com. Forzieri confirmed my return and told me that the amount would be credited to my card.
As of March 2021, I still have not recieved my money - despite several reminders.
I would not buy anything from this retailer again.
WORST ONLINE RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVER!! BUYER BEWARE PLEASE.
I purchased a handbag from the UK for my wife's birthday back in January 2021 and they took the monies on 25 January. Their website expressly states that they will pay all shipping & handling fees if you spend over a certain amount. I spent almost £200 and yet DPD contacted me by email to inform me that I would in fact be charged an extra £43.90 for import charges before they would deliver the item. I contacted Forzieri to explain how their website had promised that they would be handling all the costs and that I was not going to pay a penny more and wanted a refund! I was told that they would have to receive the returned handbag before issuing me a full refund. I had explained to them that the gift was a Birthday present and a full refund was certainly in order. Today, as I post this complaint, I would like to point out that I have received no item and no refund and it is the 5 March 2021!! By law, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 it states: 'the delivery must be made without undue delay and within 30 days.' In addition,the Consumer Contracts Regulations which clearly states that 'If the retailer has offered to collect the goods, it should refund you 14 days from the date you informed it you wanted to cancel the contract. Therefore, this means you don't have to wait for the retailer to have collected the goods to get your refund.' Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, 'the retailer is liable for the services provided by the couriers it employs; hence, the delivery firm is not liable.' Forzieri are completely in the wrong and have taken the stance that they will issue me a full refund upon the return of the handbag via their DPD handler. It is over 2 months and by law Forzieri MUST reimburse me and they have not. Clearly, you can see why I cannot promote this company and in fact, please buyer beware that they are incredibly unprofessional and in my mind, should not be trading at all! If I had had the chance, I would give them a ZERO STAR RATING!
Good Things Come to Those Who Wait
While shipping took a little longer than expected, that is the case everywhere due to the pandemic. Forzieri customer service was very prompt at responding and extremely professional. The product is of outstanding quality as one might imagine from fine Italian craftsmanship. It was totally worth the wait and I would highly recommend the Forzieri brand to anyone. PS; this was a gift for my niece; and I totally plan on treating myself to one of Forzieri’s beautiful products.
5 weeks to receive order. BEWARE!!!!!!
12/9/20 - I placed an order and paid $12 for shipping. Site said it would ship in 3 days.
12/18/20 - Contacted Forzieri, I have heard NOTHING. "Customer service"(yes, I put that in quotes because customer service is nonexistent) blames supplier, says package will ship 12/21.
12/21/20 - says that package sent. Gave me a Fedex tracking number that has no information.
12/31/20 - called Fedex as package was not updated since 12/22. They said it is still in Italy and I need to contact Forzieri. Forzieri says "sorry, package was blocked".
1/4/2021 - Forzieri emails to say it is in USA and can expect delivery in 1-2 days.
1/6/2021 - still no delivery, I told them to deliver by 1/8 or I will contact my credit card company to open dispute.
1/7/2021 - Forzieri says sorry again.
1/8/2021 - still no package. I called and had payment reversed and opened dispute.
1/12/2021 - Package finally delivered - 5 WEEKS AFTER ORDERED!!!!! I ask them to please refund my $12 shipping fee, they say no can only offer credit for next order..ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I will NEVER order from your company again.

I saw a pair of Stuart Weitzman sandals on a TV show that I absolutely had to have. I searched and found them on Forzieri's website. I was a little skeptical because I had not heard of them before, but I really wanted the shoes so I ordered them. They arrived from Italy about 3 wks later beautifully wrapped along with the shoe bag and authentication card. The size 10.5 actually fit too...I normally wear 9.5, but most designer shoes run small in my opinion. Happy and Satisfied customer in Michigan, USA.

There must be 1000’s of gents ankle boots on the internet but I kept going back to the Forzieri website to compare them with other brands
Finally it was make up your mind time so I placed an order. What swung it for me was my choice looked a quality product and “leather, hand-made, Italy” at a price I could afford clinched the purchase for me. I was not disappointed when they arrived.
Amazing delivery
Amazing delivery, packaging and customer service! I was constantly updated on my order status through emails due to delays in manufacturing company of the product. However the delivery was quick and efficient. Will definitely recommend purchasing again.
Two different experiences
First of all, I ordered a handbag and everything was even more than great - when I wrote that I need to get the item by a certain date, they even changed the delivery from standart to express. I didn’t have to pay for it, so I was extremely grateful when the handbag was delivered the next day. Love this handbag, great quality. Thank you, FORZIERI. The second time, I ordered sunglasses. One month after ordering, they have not been shipped yet. It was hard to contact the store but eventually got my money back.
