Repeat Customer

Long time customer of Forzieri and always happy with the service whether I am shipping to my home in London or home in Australia. Amazing selection of leather goods handmade under their own design as well as high end designer goods. Delivery is always fast, items are always well packaged and are exactly as described on the website.

EXCEPTIONAL!

I’m a loyal fan and customer of Forzieri. This is my go-to Store when ordering luxury brand items. My interaction with the staff especially with Alex Baronio, the customer care specialist has been nothing but a topnotch treatment. I recently ordered a few items and Alex made sure that I received them on the promised date. True to his words, I did receive them on that date. Opening a Forzieri Box always puts a smile on my face because the presentation is luxurious...it comes in a white sturdy Forzieri box. I must say that Forzieri and its staff never fail to deliver their commitment to excellent customer service as well as high quality goods.
Thank you Alex for your superb commitment to excellence!

Paid not delivered on time

I paid for shoes on 21st may. Over a week later and they are not here. I have tried phoning every one of their countries offices and no one answers the phone. I have emailed a fee times and no reply. But after admitting their mistake I got a postage refund. I hope their customer service improves and they actually answer the phone. 4 stars because the shoes are beautiful!

I returned producr (shoes) the very same day they arrived. My return was approved on 19.4.2019.,but no refund! I am waiting 35 days for refund, wrote them 3 e mails, but no replay! The worst shopping experience ever!

The perfect customer experience

The perfect customer experience. It was my third order and this time it was for a pair of expensive handmade Italian shoes(fz860416-006-01). Really scared about choosing the right size, and of course it wasn't. For such a price, i expected nothing less then perfect. So I decided to return and exchange them for one size smaller. The delivery from Italy to Bulgaria took one day!!! The return took one day!!! And they send me the new pair the next day, delivered again in one day. I got the perfect size in just a week, and oh boy - the look and feel, the impact of these shoes is simply astonishing. I hope the quality will meet my expectation in the time, but right now I have no regrets of spending money on these shoes. And keep in mind they run bigger and order one size smaller than usual.

Bought a MK bag from here quick delivery and lovely bag 100% authentic.
A 10% discount code became available around a day after I placed my order, the code was honoured and money was paid into my account.

Returns policy is deceiving

Returns policy is deceiving. The website advertise itself as FREE RETURN, but the refund amount deducts the shipping cost. Contacted them and they said customers are liable for shipping cost. what is the point of saying FREE RETURN.... Never purchase from this again. you are better off buying from other well known luxury retailer.

I'd like to reply to customer Lan Nguyen from London.
What she writes is not correct and not true.
She purchased a Tory Burch bag valued £282.40 + shipping costs 8£, spending a total amount of £290.40
She returned the item with our DHL prepaid label (therefore not paying anything) and she's been refunded via PayPal for product cost of £282.40, transaction number 9GR10556FD971782U.
Original shipping costs of 8£ are obviously not refundable, those are the order's shipping costs not the return shipping cost.
This is clearly a FREE RETURN, I wonder how can she claims it is not, it's pretty much unbelievable :)

Order Nr.8979747

Placed an order on 20.03.2019 and have received it pretty quick - on 25.03.2019. Have ordered a Les Jeunes Etoiles 
White, Black and Light Blue Leather Vega Medium Shoulder Bag. I have never seen this back in "real life", so could use only pictures and description for the reference. Sadly the bag ended up not what I have expected, so decided to return it right away.
Had a little bit of problems sending the return form, got the error that I need to pick up another date, no matter what date I chose. With multiple errors placed the return only after 2 days. All this time I tried to contact a forzieri team, and got a help from Alex Baronio - an awesome consultant that replied to all my questions and helped me through.
The DHL courier picked my bag on 27.03.2019. and I received a money transfer on 30.03.2019. So pretty fast, you can also pick to transfer money to your forzieri account if you want to order something else.
Overall was pleased with my experience, and would recommend this site.

Only Order if You are 100% Sure of the Item

I ordered a purse and received it rather quickly, but the same day I received it I decided to return it because it was too small. I sent it back DHL the next day and tracking shows they received it 1-2 days after that. This has been 3 weeks ago. Since then I have called(busy tone all the time) emailed (website states they respond 24-48 hours after-not true. I recieved no response) and tried to use the Facebook chat. I get an automated message saying someone will get back to me as soon as possible but again that has not happened. I’m not sure what to do at this point, I will contact my bank and hope to get my money back. Unless I am 100% sure of an item I will not order again because this return situation is horrible.

Room for improvement

I purchased a bag and received it super quick. All fine until then. The same day decided to return as the colour was not quite the same as showing on website. I had to email them to issue me with a return label as the returns form was not working and they advised there was a glitch. Finally returned the bag an tracking information said they received it the day after. I have been emailing with no response. When I call there is just an automated message to say they are all busy and to call later. I have tried calling over 20 times so only option now for me is to claim through paypal.
UPDATE: After posting this review two different people contacted me and funds are back in my account. I am still surprised that they never pick up the phone and that they did not even acknowledge receipt of my item until I chased.
Whole experience will put me off from ordering again.
UDATE 2: Customer service have been trying to persuade me to remove this review even though is accurate. I called Friday and Monday and Tuesday morning, no reply and also no option to leave message.
Just wanted to explain this and the fact return process was difficult.
I am finding it really inadequate the way they are trying to influence my opinion and cohercing me into deleting this review.
I have tried 3 times to call today and unfortunately still cannot talk to anybody as it is constantly busy.

We'd like to reply to our customer.

We believe her complaint is totally unfair and not correct, she's just complaining with no reason.

We received customer's return, sent with a DHL label prepaid from us, in date March 14th.

As written in our return policy, returns are processed in 7-10 days from the date we receive them back in our warehouse, as per link below :

PayPal refund has been issued on March 19th, only 5 days have passed since receipt time , transaction number 6UC84700BE4033309.

Our offices are closed on Saturdays and on Sundays, therefore, if a customer calls in these two days, nobody would pick up the phone, a message can be left in the voicemail and customer would be called back the next business day.

She sent two emails, first one in date 12/03, where she said she didn't receive email containing DHL label (and we replied same day resending DHL label) and second one in date 18/03 asking for an update about the refund (refund issued yesterday)

All proofs are available.

Given all of this, we asked to review her feedback, and this is what we got, unbelievable :)
