Customer friendliness and service: I'am satisfied.

My experience with Roland was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, he made me feel very comfortable.

No customer service. No emails answered and the product is bad here is in short the main problem areas.

What a misser. Bought bike, had tested the bike with a short ride, needless to say all was fine. Asked if I could trade-in old bike. No. Received bike all well till I took a ride, electric motor skipped from one setting to another or stopped. Forza came and looked at problem, loose battery, was told to check battery in the future. Also I noticed when starting the electric motor the screen showed many icons, but without a guide could not get to change anything. Asked Forza tech person why not? Answer most of the icons are not available??one reason I liked this bike was because of the display and the many functions.Not Available. False advertising! Also a few weeks later in ads for Forza advertising trade-in on old bike. Not a very trustworthy company.
Big mistake, I made. Penny wise pound foolish.

Today Roland visited us to test the bikes and we have had such a great experience with him! Really professional, knowledgeable and with great energy, and reliability! He gave us full shot possibility to test the bikes and the time we needed to digest the info! Thank you Roland you definitely are a big big value to Forza brand!
