Did not refund my order when I asked…

Did not refund my order when I asked and then when I tried to think of something that would benefit the both of us they just started ignoring my emails.

Hi,

You purchased a wrong product although it was clearly labeled. You received the item successfully. Later you emailed us asking us for a refund. Mistaken purchases are not covered in our refund policy.
