Had a great experience with them

Had a great experience with them. I was trying to replace my partners lost hat. Unfortunately the vendor who I wanted to use the personal shopper for didn't end up sending the item and the order was cancelled and I received a full refund no stress at all. The communication throughout was great with super fast responses and updates. If I ever need to use a service like this again will definitely use Forwardme. Cheers guys!

Best alternative to Shipito

I tried Forwardme.com as an alternative to Shipito for the first time. I needed to urgently ship a US-spec MacBook Pro very quickly to Central Europe. I bought it on eBay from Florida, and it was received literally the day after at their warehouse in Delaware. After paying for premium handling and other add-on services for the package and reaching out to customer service once to see if my order was going to be on time, it indeed arrived in Central Europe within the expected timeframe they were quoting on my status page. That was a great first experience with a very expensive item. I would definitely recommend them. They are now my new US-based shipping address.

So far I've only used the personal shopper side of things, and Ayberk has been incredibly helpful and got things sorted for me quickly. I have messaged a few times and always had polite and honest replies back. It's an easy service to use and the website is simple to purchase through. I will no doubt use again soon!

Excellent service!

I used Forwardme because I read on Quora that this service was cheaper that Shipito and had a great customer support, so I gave it a chance and it worked very well! I live in Mexico and I wanted a Tommy Hilfiger polo that can only be bought on the US. I got the package really fast to my address, it only took 2 business days to arrive (from Forwardme warehouse to my house), the general experience was smooth. I'm going to buy more stuff around the globe using Forwardme service.

Not flawless but saved by top tier support

Hi, I discovered this platform via a google search. I haven't heard about parcel forwarding services before. My shopping experience wasn't perfect, the website has some bugs that are a bit annoying but the support is top notch, verry friendly and they're very quick to reply. As for the parcel itself, it was packed very well and my item did not suffer from the transport from the US to the EU.

I would recommend using this service.

Great product and service

Great product and service. Easy to set-up and the item I ordered from the supplier was delivered to Forwardme and I was kept informed throughout the process. My product arrived on time all the way down here in Australia. Couldn't be happier being a first time user.

This is my default shipping company

absolutely amazing service and very good packaging, used DHL express for fast method of shipping from US to KUWAIT, too many details for extra fees of packaging, its depend on customer if need it or no, but for me always like the insurance for more safety, the web site is very clear and straight forward, friendly and easy to use. recommended 100%.

Their Personal Shopper service is so…

Their Personal Shopper service is so slow. It takes them 2 whole days to review your request, so of course the item you want to buy is usually sold out by then, if it's from a website like Mercari. Would not recommend or use again, unless they can really speed up their service with these types of buy requests.

Perfect for shipping USA only products to UK

For finding a USA only product and having it delivered to the UK, ForwardMe worked exactly as hoped and described. Shipping costs were a little high but fast and efficient. Will be recommending and using again.

Fantastic Service!

I was very skeptical at first using this service like anyone would be as I randomly discovered the website on Google while trying to figure out how to get a product from the US into the UK. Before I used the service I got in contact with there customer support to ask a few questions about the website as the product I was buying was of high value so I wanted to inquire a few things before using them and they were absolutely brilliant with there responses, Very fast responses and they were able to put my mind to rest with all my concerns.

I decided to use there personal shopper feature and I've got to say I was shocked with how great it was! Within about an hour of me placing the order I was informed by there team that the personal shopper has placed the order for me and it was already on the way to there warehouse!

After about a week of waiting the warehouse received my parcel and very quickly got some pictures sent over to me and said it was ready to be shipped. There was a variety of different shipping options and extras such as extra bubble wrap, insurance and even additional photos of your product all for a small fee if you require that. Even though I went with the cheapest shipping option my parcel came about a week or 2 after leaving the warehouse.

Once I received my parcel I was very nervous to unbox it and makes sure everything was okay and the parcel was packed in great condition with big fragile sticker on the outside of the box and the product was nicely wrapped up in a lot of bubble wrap to keep it secure.

The product itself was in great condition and overall the company smashed my expectations when it came to packing and customer support, I will definitely be using them again and I also cannot fathom how great the personal shipper option is! I'm not one for leaving reviews but considering how great the service was I felt like it was only right to leave one 🙏

This is one of the best shipping…

This is one of the best shipping companies I have ever worked with, not only were they patient, caring and kind enough to hold my items when I had a crisis but they packed everything with extra care, and did so promptly and smoothly. Highly recommended!!!!. The head manager especially is very helpful, caring, flexible, and friendly and definitely someone you want to reach out to. This also applies to the team and people you communicate with there as well via chat/email. Highly recommended to use this service especially if you are overseas, the rates and services are great for that and in general for everyone and the fees are balanced and flexible depending on what you need. By far a place to go compared to a lot of sites with hidden fees, bad packaging management, ghosting/poor communication, overpriced memberships or very short storage limits.

Grateful for the amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. They never talked down to me and were very helpful in finding alternative couriers just so I could get my package to my cousin's place in the US.
Something out of their control had happened and my package couldn't be delivered to my country. The patience and care they showed me, and their friendly tone, eased my worries and my distress.

Service is decent overall

Service is decent overall, but the cost of shipping is so inflated that it no longer makes sense to use this service. I tracked and compared my last order to one in the year before, with similar weight (6 lbs) from US to Canada and shipping had increased from mid-40$ to 80+$. That was the least expensive option. Not to mention, it's 4 articles of clothing, that I don't think even weight 6 lbs. That came to $111 Canadian to ship 4 small clothing items. That's ridiculously inflated.
