I placed an order and still have not received item.

I placed an order and paid for the item on Feb 7. and I reached out looking into it as to why I didn't receive it and they said it was a pre order and was being sent on Feb 28. Well, on March 17, I reached out when I didn't receive it yet, and they told me it's being shipped on April 20. So now I wait. The up side is they do respond immediately when you email them.. But, will need to wait and see the end of April if I get my order. Ugh..Had I known, I would have never ordered it. It was for Easter.. And honestly, I ordered it early enough hoping it was good quality-to see it for myself, so I can order a sweatshirt for my kids and their significant others for Easter.. I just love the message and would like this hoodie while it's still chilly out.. Such ashame..

PAY IMMEDIATELY, and NEVER receive your items

I paid and was promised one shipping date, when that day came and went, I reached out. Only to be lied to and have them blame ME for not reading their website correctly. I did read it and they kept changing my shipping date on me. I spoke about my experience on their insta and facebook ads only for them do dirty delete my comments and then block me. They also cancelled my order (before I went to their socials) without me asking. Instead of addressing the issue and speaking honestly about their lack of customer service and production, they just delete and block you and never produce a product. They do not run a good clean chrisitian business with these practices. They hide, block and blame their customers for their screw up. Be prepared to pay a lot of money for crappy service and possibly crappy product, I'll never know because of the way they handled this.

Got my stuff

Got my stuff, that’s better than most platforms. Maybe I bought their cheaper one but the print of the design on the back is a bit uncomfortable
