I love Fortune Wins
I love Fortune Wins. However, winning is not easy on this site. Some games have a very low RTP and just take take take your money away! Oh well, I guess that comes with apps like these.

Can’t seem to win anything over $50 on this site, has only happened once in a year and that’s after spending a couple hundred. Doesn’t even make sense to do it. Save your money and time on this one.

Disappointed with the customer service…
Disappointed with the customer service I received. I reported repeated technical errors, provided screenshots and the information requested, but never received clear answers explaining what happened or how the issue was investigated. While I appreciate the courtesy credit, it doesn’t address my concerns. As a long-time loyal VIP player, I expected better communication and a more thorough response. I’m not asking for special treatment, just transparency and accountability. I hope Fortune Wins takes customer concerns more seriously moving forward.
