Hi Cathy. Many thanks for taking the time to review our service. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service we provided. The product you ordered, Drontal Cat, is supplied to us in bulk packs containing up to 96 tablets. Product imagery available to us is of these packs as well as a 2 pack which is not available to us in Ireland. We took the decision to use this pack image together with a note for clarity in order to supply the product as a single tablet (most of the time, this is all a customer wants). We had considered supplying this product in multiples of 2 but the feedback we received was that we were charging too high a price for a tablet (even though it was two tablets). One of our team will contact you directly to follow up further.
