Absolute Nightmare

Very slow and a lack of communication. I was actually concerned they had run off with my money as wouldn't reply to emails after taking £159:99 payment. I wish I hadn't bought from them.

Still waiting on shipment and they do not reply to emails.

Quality Products and Customer Service

Great products for all types of gifts. I’ve already ordered 2 things from Fortunashop and will keep coming back because of the quality of their products and their customer service! So friendly and responsive thank you!

Birthday gifts made easy

A hefty month of present-giving for birthdays and I was able to purchase everything from fortunashop. Great options and everything came in time, super happy with the service!

1st class shopping experience

1st class shopping experience. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of a product but the friendly customer support swiftly amended my order. I received it within a week and was very impressed with what I got! Will definitely be doing some Christmas shopping on here soon :)

Very slow and a lack of communication

Very slow and a lack of communication. I was actually concerned they had run off with my money as wouldn't reply to emails after taking £300 payment. The company was only incorporated a few months ago so buy from them at your own risk. I wish I hadn't bought from them.

It said on the website the product was in stock and ready for shipping, then I am told it will be up to 25 days.

Oh, and I received tracking info AFTER the product had been delivered.

Just generally a terrible company and should be avoided.
