My account was deactivated due to…

My account was deactivated due to inactivity and I thought I lost it. I reached out to the support team and Noel assisted me. I didn't even have to wait five minutes for the problem to be resolved. Service was quick, polite and he reminded me of the rules so I dont breach my account again. So far I can't complain. Would definitely recommend.

If you are profitable, stay away from this prop firm

Very disappointed about this prop firm. I got a funded account with them of 50.000 after a long rewiew and a live interview where I explained my strategy, my risk, how I trade, my result in other prop firm and many other info about myself. I was approved so I started trading my funded. Got a payout of 2345 net profit. They paid me, but instead of let me continue to trade, they decided to breach my funded account with this explanation : Following this request, our AI-powered internal monitoring system flagged multiple alerts regarding your trading activity. Risk Department Decision
Despite the above findings, we have approved your performance reward in full. However, after careful consideration, we have also decided to terminate our cooperation.
This is a resume of their email.
No real explanation, no real motivation, no rules breached, interview done, strategy explained. They understood that they were facing with a profitable trader so they decided to close my account. So you people know, I risk 2% and trade forex and gold. Never use more than 20/30% of my margin in a single or cumulative position. Understand well that with a high chance they are going to “not like your strategy” and deny you later. This is the behavior of a very scam prop firm, stay away from them if you don’t want to waste your time or money.

This firm is completely fake

This firm is completely fake. I had a $6K account and I followed every single rule of their challenge. I traded properly and passed the evaluation, but when it came time for them to provide the live account, they suddenly started making excuses.
Their reason? They said they cannot give me a live account because I passed the challenge without a single losing trade. Seriously? Since when is trading well and managing risk a problem?
After that, they even breached my account without any valid reason. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a prop firm.
Now I understand why this company was delisted from Trustpilot. Everything makes sense.
To all traders out there: stay away from this firm. Don’t waste your time, money, and effort here.

Very bad trading conditions

Very bad trading conditions. I bought a 6K 1 step on mT5 and The trading conditions were good when I was in drawdown. As I approached the 5% profit mark where I needed 4% more to pass, MT5 charts started lagging very much. I thought it was a MT5 issue or my internet but I also had a QT 25K account on MT5 which works smoothly, the charts work very well with no lag but then I immediately change to For Traders account on MT5 and then its lagging like im using 2G. Theyre just mainpulating the backend. No other explanation.

Always find ways to not give a pay-out

I made a porift of over 10% of 15k funded account. Never breached any rules such as daily and max drawdown. I even got recognized as top 10% trader for 3days. But, during pay-out last december, I got a verification call and on January, I received email denying my pay-out as they accused me on copy trading or using AI bot trading which I've never used. Better to stay away from this firm as clearly, the name of this firm is really entirely false. Better to change their prop firm FOR TRADERS to FOR PROP FIRM

The maximum drawdown is based on the overall equity of the account, not just closed trades or daily results. This means that both closed losses and any floating (open) drawdown are taken into account. If at any moment your equity reaches or exceeds the defined maximum loss threshold, the account is considered breached—regardless of how many days it took to reach that level.

Even if your intention was to risk 1% per trade, factors such as spread, commissions, slippage, or multiple positions can contribute to the total drawdown exceeding the allowed limit.

Regarding the account price or discount used, this has no impact on how the rules are applied. All accounts are subject to the same risk parameters and conditions.

Very poor approach and resolution considering the situation caused

I experienced several separate MT5 and Tradelocker freezes on this firm’s server within last three months.
During live trades, I was unable to set or modify SL/TP or manage open positions while the market was moving. This directly resulted in the loss of several challenge accounts.
The issue does not occur with any other broker or prop firm I was using at the time on the same setup. It is isolated to this company.
I have timestamped screenshots proving the platform was unresponsive. After escalation, their IT department claimed no outage was recorded and provided no solid explanation or resolution.
If traders cannot manage risk due to server side issues, this is an infrastructure failure not a trading mistake.
I do not recommend using specifically the crypto challenges they offer. I need to point out good attitude and customer service from Juan who was/is helpful and also its never customer support fault, but the company policies and approach.

They closed my account and never even faced me.

I wrote a review on January 26th where I shared that For Traders closed my account after a withdrawal without any clear explanation. I want to reiterate that I didn't violate any rules whatsoever, so they didn't give me a specific reason.

They only cited the part of their contract that states they can reserve the right to close an account whenever they deem it necessary, even without any reason, simply by notifying me via email.

To this day, almost a month later, their risk team hasn't responded to a single one of my emails. Initially, they mentioned it would take 5 business days to respond, but if I'm not mistaken, almost a month is more than 5 business days. Meanwhile, the support team tells me to keep sending emails and waiting, and that if time continues to pass, I should consider the case closed. Are they serious?

Now that I'm reading similar opinions about this company, I understand the magnitude of the problem. It's a shame that what was once a great funding company has now become a scam. What a pity. And they don't even face their customers, they treat you unethically. They try to defend themselves through this medium by responding within hours, and then weeks later they still refuse to take responsibility for their customers.

i m satisfied as per rules and targets or drawdown

After trying several dozens other prop firms I came across For traders, it provides most clean set of rules and conditions every beginner trader can understand and go through their challenge, i personally took 2 6k fx challenge (obviously 1st failed, 2nd running) and i m satisfied as per rules and targets or drawdown, now truth is if you a disciplined up to one limit then For trades's won't be obstacles. Their support team also was very responsible, his name was JUAN 😉 and he helped me in every possible way, thanks JUAN 😉

so, That's all. I got one thing where for Traders can improve for traders like is either increasing the limit of 40 % margin or remove it altogether,..👍

I recently participated in a tournament organized by For Trader, and my experience was very positive. The competition was well organized, the rules were clear, and the entire process was transparent from start to finish.

I managed to win the tournament, and the prize was awarded without any delays or complications. Everything went exactly as it was presented.

A big plus for the support team – all the help provided by Pavel was highly professional. He responded quickly, clearly, and assisted me whenever I needed help. It’s clear that there is real dedication toward the participants.

The spread for Gold is 100

The spread for Gold is 100, and for Silver, it is 200. What has changed? Tony responded, "I understand, but every broker has its own liquidity provider; therefore, prices, spreads, and other market conditions may vary." Sorry, this is bull*hit. I have been trading with them for years, and the spread has never been this high before, but now it is. Does anyone else have this spread, or is it just me because I shared a negative experience with Fortraders? What is going on?

Edit: In response to the ForTraders reaction, I understand that occasional spikes can occur, especially during news events. However, such increased spreads shouldn't systematically last for more than a week. Other company has a typical range from 20-30 on gold, whereas silver's ranges are 200-300, and gold's are 100-200 in your company now, at least I have.
