I'm freaking hate epic games. They wanna go out here and advertise all these different things. For kids to play, but when they account get hacked, there's no one to talk to. There's no phone numbers. It's a billionaire company and you can't get a phone number. This is pathetic, you have thieves. You can't even protect the people that are playing this system. It's just you pathetic they have no problem, taking your money for the game.So but they can't afford anybody to actually answer the phones

I can’t get into my account with lots of money spent on it. Everytime I try to get help their help bot is no help at all. Not sure when this happened but it was a couple months ago

Me personally this game is not how it used to be, but the memories are so memorable. I can remember the late nights me and my friends had staying up and it’s memories that I would never forget and now that the game has changed and a lot of people have stopped playing I now just realized how important those memories are to me it didn’t matter if we won the games as long as we made each other laugh and had fun. That’s all that matter to us. Thank you Fortnite for all the fun.

so yesterday the people that actually payed for save the worl got their crap items. not even 1 vbuck was given for our payment and support to this game. i now have vbux for one more game pass and then it will stop for me like many other players since now you pay 800 vbux for the pass and get only 600 back so there goes the f2p epic always promised us. today friday the save the world servers are so crowded that ofcourse they keep crashing since these servers are as crap as can be. thx for the fun times epic but since you are now making us pay more and givng us back nothing for the payments we made in the past this game is dead tom me. it is not our foult as players that you as firm made the mistake to get in to very expencive law suits!!!!! within this and 3 months the way it is going epic games will be owned by microsoft without a doubt.

I payed money for this game, and now they have made it free with rubbish compensation and have changed the whole entire layout of being changed and it now the lobby looks like something a regular player can make in a creative world. It's cheap, scrappy and overall a downgrade from previous versions. Fortnite is rapidly decreasing quality for more monetary value. Rethink you decisions.

Shotgun never shoots for some reason, they always add too overpowered weapons and make the game unplayable the lagg the bugs i've never seen a game where you can headshot and do 30 damage LOL uninstalled this game after almost 9 years of playing

Nothing but aimbot cheating hacks in my (so Called) PlayStation lobby. Cheating happening everywhere...reported with NOTHING done by Epic. "skill based matchmaking" is absolute Trash . I'm in lobbies with sweats.

Haven't played for real since 2023 and I have chimed in now then and there, I've only returned because ice king is a big part of this season (season 2 chapter 7) who has been my main since 2018 and now they are rigging the teams progress. Genuinely might quite this season and never interact with this game again.

As a parent I absolutely hate how they got rid of Vbucks cards and replaced with Crew Cards or whatever.
It's so annoying that the VBucks stay in the Epic account vs when you add VBucks they go automatically to fortnite account.

I'm sure there's plenty more issues of course but why make things complicated with subscriptions give people options. Oh I almost forgot, your scamming people with same price 500 less VBucks than the original value.

I’ve seen documented proof of an Epic Partner (Xen Crackly) being banned 6 separate times and getting reinstated every single time without question. How is that 'Zero Tolerance'? While the community flags creators like Zemie for suspicious tournament clips or others for blatant macros, Epic looks the other way because these people are their 'golden boys.' When I presented these facts and the evidence of the 6th ban to support, they didn't even investigate—they just closed my ticket in silence. This isn't about security; it's about a tiered justice system where being a Partner gives you 6 lives, but being a regular customer gets you executed by a broken bot. Your EULA is a joke if it doesn't apply to everyone equally.
