long delivery times
Usually I have great service. In stock items can be shipped within 5 days. I just got an email saying a single bolt will be delayed. I’m also waiting on tires in that order. Placed on sept 4 expected delivery is 17-18th.

Astonishingly fast with best price!
Astonishingly fast delivery and wonderful that Fort Nine uses Canada Post rather than some commercial courier service. Tires are excellent and price was the best of any local retailers.

I was a little disappointed that I had to pay a $7 fee due to having to return a helmet that was too large, even though I used Fortnine's head measuring app that recommended a large. Having free returns (even for shipping costs) should be the costs of doing online business. I'll be shopping at Royal Distributing moving forward.

Lezyne Pressure Overdrive Pump missing parts
I purchased a Lezyne Pressure Over Drive Floor Pump. The pump is listed as having the Presta and Schraeder valve adapter. It arrived without the Schraeder adapter, I contacted Fortnine but they refused to provide the missing adapter.
