Martin at Fortis Builders Ltd won’t help

Martin at Fortis Builders Ltd put a new shower and toilet (ie a new bathroom) in for me May 2025. Unfortunately the shower leaked.. with difficulty I got Martin back to put sealant on. But now it’s leaking worse than ever and Martin has ignored all attempts to contact him. A new bathroom should last longer than a year. I think the leak is likely to go into the electrics on the kitchen ceiling below. It wasn’t a good job.. waste of £5000 . Wish I hadn’t used Fortis Builders Ltd
