Terrible experience, I ordered two dresses. The fabtric is not like in the photos, there are no labels attached to the dresses so I can't even determine what kind of fabric or origin it is. The size is XL but looks like S.
So disappointed!!!I ordered a dress from Fortinmontreal and it was false advertising. Claiming the dress is made of denim but is not denim! Very low grade fabric. The dress came from China and doesn’t look anything like the picture that Fortin uses. I wish I could post a photo! The straps over the shoulders are not the width of the buckle they insert into. They are the exact width of buckle on the Fortin picture. Also the skirt part of the dress looks unfinished compared to their photo.
I think this Chinese company uses storefront advertising but is totally online. There is no actual store.
I sent 2 emails to ask for my money back and they have not replied. They advertise a guarantee.
I had a great experience shopping at Fortin Montréal. My order arrived much faster than expected, and the shoes are beautiful, exactly as shown on the website. The quality is excellent, they're very comfortable, and the sizing was accurate
I thought I was ordering from a store in Montreal but in fact the item was coming from China. The dress I ordered looked nothing like what was pictured on their website. It was not the same design, was at least two sizes too small and the fabric was not as stated. To return it I needed to send it back to China. Very disappointing as the dress pictured was lovely.
