It was very quick to get my test results after returning my blood sample. It was not easy to get sufficient blood for the sample and I found the dashboard not easy to navigate to see my results.

Great company! Used them for the last couple years and I can’t fault them. The kit arrives within a couple of days and once you send it back the results are uploaded within a couple of days as well. Great app and really easy to use and Dr Thom Phillips gives a really good, in depth overview of your bloods with some good advice as well.

I have been using forth for a few years now and everything had been prompt and smooth. on my most recent test there was a slight problem I believe this was down to postage delays, I contacted there customer services and they couldn't do enough to resolve the issue, I believe the tests are well worth the money I highly recommend this company...thank you once again to the team at forth

If I could give zero i would. Paid for Oestrogen hormonal test, results 48 against marker for my age range of 130. Marked as healthy! They knew my age, knew I'm post menapousal and purpose of requesting test - to see if levels are low. On querying it - response back by supposed DR was that yes it was low for any person- information related to cycles/periods - i haven't had any for 10 years. They did provide a link to further information and guess what went straight to a test for hormones! Disgraceful! Be wary that's all I am going to suggest!

I would not recommend Forth for fertility hormone testing based on my experience.

Key markers failed due to insufficient blood, yet no proper support or context was provided — only alarming and inaccurate doctor's notes were provided. Despite clearly stating my cycle day, my results were wrongly interpreted, including an incorrect assumption that I was on birth control.

I later had my AMH professionally retested via venous blood draw during my follicular phase, and it came back completely normal (12 pmol/L), highlighting major concerns around the reliability of postal finger-prick hormone testing.

After two weeks and several follow-ups with the customer service team, I eventually received a small partial refund, which did not fairly reflect the poor handling and distress caused.

Sensitive health matters deserve far better care and professionalism — I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Very efficient , though getting enough blood from the finger prick was difficult ( 4 stabs , warm hands , well hydrated.,,, maybe could have improved my technique ?) So I think the lancets could be better?
