Order hasn't arrived and phonelines down.
Order hasn't arrived and there's a notice to say their phone lines are temporarily unavailable - that's not a good sign. Was on next day delivery but that doesn't seem guaranteed, so not worth paying extra for that option.
Finally got an answer from them after a few days. They suggested that a wrong address had been provided. It hadn't. Now likely to be more than a week late. Not impressed. My hound isn't, either. AND their phone lines are still temporarily closed.
Update. Finally arrived 8 days after ordering on next day delivery. Have cancelled my subscription as there will be much barking if my hound's food doesn't arrive. Be careful if you unsubscribe - they don't make that easy - you have to scroll down and click multiple times, so when you think you've unsubscribed, you may not have. All designed to make it difficult.

Sausages and treats bought regular
I bought the sausages and the lamb treats. My lurcher loves them so this was a certainty. I only ever buy this brand and usually those flavours. I’ve never been disappointed and my dog if I let her would gobble them up. Her friend Lexi, a whippet, also loves them.

I have two dogs who love the food but…
I have two dogs who love the food but my main concern is they always seem to have problems with their phone lines! For example today i had an email saying my delivery is on its way! The problem is I cancelled my subscription three days ago and now I can’t even call them to ask for an explanation. Not very happy at the moment!

My lurcher loves your food! He has allergies and is on the salmon and sardines mixed box. He loves it so much I bought him the 48 box. We have just recently also put my mums jackchi on it too.

Paid extra for next day delivery but…
Paid extra for next day delivery but small print isn’t actually next day as depends on when you order. Package arrived after I left with my dog to France so had to order alternative food on Amazon when I got there. Sure Molly will enjoy it when she gets it! She loves the turkey one.

High quality products
I have a regular subscription for dental sticks which my border collie thoroughly enjoys and looks forward to having. This time we were sent a selection of treats for Flynn to try. The bedtime ones have lavender and camomile in. He races upstairs at night to wait to have them. He hasn't tried the others yet but I fully expect them to receive the full paws up approval as well
