I love almost everything about this hair dryer. I love the light weight and ease of use, I love the sleek design, I love the size and shape, I love how it makes my hair shinier and silkier. The ONLY thing I would change is the power cord. I wish this dryer was cordless and had a sleek custom-designed charging station to pair with the smart design of the dryer. The cord is a bit heavy and awkward. Other than that, I am loving this for me! Excellent customer service too!

Bought this product for my thick hair as it would never stay in place and would annoy me. This has change that and now my hair is much better. I would recommend

I have been using forte series products for more than 2 years . I quit like there styling cream . But on my last order the product came melted so they gave me refund. The process was pretty seamless

The Forte hair dryer is amazing! I’m a man in my early 60’s but still have a full head of hair. Not to brag, but I’ve always had great hair. Ever since high school I’ve received compliments on it, I’ve always purchased basic drug store hairdryers until recently. I bought a “nice” hair dryer from a chain beauty store and I liked it a lot. But it cracked when I accidentally dropped it, so it was time to buy a new one. I’ve been following Alex for years on Instagram so decided to go to the Forte website and shop for a new dryer. It arrived a few weeks ago and I can’t say enough good things about it. I love the sleek design and style. The settings are awesome - a powerful high but not too much air, a perfect low setting and a cold setting. I especially love the magnetic attachment which allow me to move and adjust the direction with ease. I’ll never want to use another dryer again. Thanks Alex! And thank you Forte!

The Forte Support Team were really quick in solving my problem. Package was never delivered/stolen, and the team was able to send a replacement.

Highly recommended. Even though I had a problem importing the products to Ireland they solved the issue quickly. I have no doubt you'll order again after first try.

Amazing products even better costumer service
Forte products have been a part of my routine for a year now and you can tell how amazing they are. Recently my shampoo bottle was leaking when it falls over and costumer service did not disappoint! Will be using these products for years to come!

Forte Series is a great company and I personally use a lot of their products. Their hair products are one of the best in the game. The customer service they provide is also amazing too. I had a question about a product that I order and they replied back to me within 10 minutes. So I am very satisfied with everything they are doing!!

Within an hour, Forte customer service helped me update a shipping error I made upon placing my order. I was contacted by an actual person who confirmed that the problem is solved and my order is on the way.

I recently purchased the skincare from Forte and I can’t say enough good things for it. Originally when I started using it my face was dry for a few days but since then my skin has been looking as clear and it ever has with minimal breakouts only one or two spots here and there. The face wash and moisturiser are both really like and have a nice scent as most skincare I have used are quite female smelling. I will purchasing again only downside for me as I live in the UK bit pricer than I would have like.

The best hair products!

The worst human hair wig I have ever purchased. It smells, there is nothing like the pictures they show. Above all, they didn't allow me to return the product. From day one when I received my order and I tried to return it, they have negotiated for more than a month and never provided their return address.
For your information, this company is based in China and not USA. I purchased something in Australia but I was also charged in USD. They are like scammers. I hope this genuine review saves someone. Don't believe the paid review. They are fake.

What an awesome customer service. They were able to facilitate my order as I had ordered a bit late and need the product for my wedding and they were able to expedite the process for me to get it in time.

Contacted their customer service regarding a question if their products are cruelty-free, vegan and are not tested on animals. Something that is very important to us. I received a very thorough reply on the same day from one of their employee named Cristina.

Cristina was very polite and also gave suggestions on what products will suit better for my hair type. Above all she assured me that their company follows highest ethical standards and truly believe in being a cruelty-free company and not testing their products on animals either.

Majority of their products are vegan but some have animal ingredients like beeswax and sheep wool wax. Truly hope they can make all their products Vegan soon.

Very happy with the overall customer service, their turn around time and their love for animals as well.

I've got the best hair products for my thick wavy hair from Forte Series after trial and error with many other products; the Argon Oil worked wonders on the frizz control and the Texture Hair Clay gave me moldable (quite literally!) hair from which I could get my desired hair style, all which lasted long enough throughout the event I initially used it for.

Their wonderful customer service adds up to the above experience. They go above and beyond for your requests and are extremely friendly and considerate as well.
