Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service. Inquired about the anniversary bundle and it's UK availability, and I got very swift and helpful responses. And although it sadly is only available in the US, they have me other options and we're super helpful with everything and respectful in all their words, thank you for the great service Christine!

Great customer service

I ordered some clothes and they couldn’t get delivered and where send back to Aetos. I contacted the costumer service and after some days I received a call and we could talk through everything necessary for a reshioment. So great service

Broke on the second use!

I ordered the hair dryer and was excited to receive it. I was underwhelmed by the power of the hairdryer given my long hair. But on the second day, the dryer broke.

I reached out to the company and nobody has responded. Too bad. I have enjoyed their other products.

Shipping and Customs Issues

Shipping and Customs Issues - Urgent Assistance Required

Dear Forte Series Trustpilot Team,
I wanted to share my recent experience with shipping and customs fees related to my order from Forte Series.

I initially placed an order with great excitement, but my enthusiasm quickly turned into disappointment when I had to pay approximately $30 for shipping. This was already quite unexpected, considering the shipping fees were higher than the products themselves.

To my dismay, the situation worsened when my package got stuck in customs, something that has never happened to me before. I was then required to pay an additional $30 for customs fees, bringing my total shipping and customs expenses to an exorbitant amount.

Given this unexpected financial burden, I decided that it would be best to return the products. However, I was informed that returning the items would entail yet another $30 fee, on top of additional customs charges because I reside in Sweden.

This entire experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I understand that shipping and customs fees are sometimes necessary, but the cumulative costs have far exceeded the value of the products I ordered.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I believe it's only fair that I receive a refund for the shipping, customs, and return fees, given the exceptional circumstances surrounding this order.

I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Forte series Clay

Forte series Clay is absolutely amazing. I have been using it since they first released it. I have medium sized hair, and go with a bit of a high volume look. other products make my hair fall down 1 hour later.
The only issue I have with forte is their shipping prices are crazy. Im not sure why it is like that for Alex costa’s team to send out product.
