Stay Away!

Stay away from Fort Bend Toyota. They will frustrate your live. They made me paid $150 for a key that I returned to them 4 days after I returned my lease Camry. I guess the salesmen were trained to tell customers anything just for them to make sales. I talked to the sales manager Jo Lee on 06/10/2016 about the issue and he promised to call me back. Getting there on 10/11/2016, Mr. Jo Lee has been replaced with one rude and arrogant sales manager who does not care if the dealership loses customers or not.
My wife plan to buy a new car in few weeks, we will rather drive 3 hours away from us than going to Fort Bend Toyota.
