Was very nervous after reading all the reviews and thought I’d never see any goods.
However they emailed when it was dispatched a day after ordering and arrived in couple of days no problems. Good quality items, would use this website again based on this experience

Like many other reviews my purchase did not arrive after several weeks and the account said it was still in progress despite the money taken from my bank account. I contacted the company via phone and email but also got no answer/reply. As suggested by another on here I contacted via Facebook messenger in which I got a reply the same day and the item arrived the next day. Not sure what had caused the original delay but they sorted it promptly once they engaged with me.
I am unlikely to use this company again as it's hassle to chase up the purchase and from many reviews this seems to be a regular thing.

Please do not buy anything from this company. I am actually convinced this 'company' does not even exist, indicating possible fraudulent activity. I hope this is being investigated by trading standards.

I was lucky on this occasion having paid by credit card, which gave me protection and I was able to claim my money back. I hope this review is read by others before it's too late so you do not have to experience what I did. If you need some new running gear go to a reputable site.

Order not received. I have tried contacting by email and phone (many times) with zero response.

Please advise on my order or supply a full refund

I wrote my review 5 days ago and no reply from them so far.
It’s unacceptable. I want them to be back to me regarding shoes or returning my money.

Same story as many on here. £125 shoes ordered 10th June, nearly 3 weeks later, no shoes. Order shows "in progress" on website. No answer on phone, email, or FB. Paid on debit card, so no protection. Scam companys like this should be shut down

Nike zoom structure 22 shoes ordered but still showing in progress today,29th. Have emailed and tried to call on numerous occasions- nothing!!
Requested order be cancelled and refund payment - nothing!!

Update - the same day I wrote this I actually got an email reply saying they would despatch that day, which they did. I now have received my order.

Placed order ID29442, took over a month to be delivered. Made several enquiries and never received a response.

EDIT: The team since posted the below comment pointing out that it had been delivered - it turns out it was put in my power meter box (??!). I never received any notification about this and only went looking around after I saw the below. In any case, not good customer service that I had to post a bad review to get a response.

So I recieved a link from another runner for a product, which happened to be a link to this company. Without much thought I placed an order. A day latter I decided to review this company here to ensure I had ordered wisely. My heart sank when I saw the mediocre and negative reviews. My mind went to thinking, I will be left waiting on the products ordered for ages with little to no feedback from custommer service. In my fear, I directly contacted the business there and then and asked to cancel my order and recieve a refund.
However, I am delighted to say, within a brief hour or two of emailing the business, I recieved confirmation that the order was completed and dispatched.
I reponded my thanks to the company and informed why I had requested a refund. Communication came back swiftly, with understanding and politeness.
The goods arrived today in the Rep. Ireland (Cork) in perfect order. Thank you For Runners By Runners, excellent service.
The only niggle I had once goods were dispatched was the tracking code, no parcel tracking apps could find the parcel in the Royal Mails system.

Please don’t waste your time with this company. Their website shows stock of all Nike items that currently are globally unavailable. It’s either a scam or they sell fakes. I ordered 3 weeks ago. The phone number doesn’t work, emails are not replied to.

The website says in stock ready for dispatch. Nike Fly Zoom 3 are not available anywhere. This company has every colour and every size “In Stock, ready for dispatch” 🤔

You get hit and miss success with Facebook messenger. You really think Nike and big boys deals with companies that have this type of customer service? Amazingly they still pay for google adverts.

No idea why Google are still allowing that with these reveiws!?

Reading previous reviews it seems only to common. If you in the end get a tracking number it will show attempted delivery or incorrect address. Google - having this company in your adverts and on your shopping pages is damaging your reputation. Please remove them so people don’t get caught out like I did. Lucky I paid with PayPal so my money was covered.

I have tried to contact For-Runners-By-Runners for a few weeks (via phone calls, e-mails and submitted messages on the company's website too).
They haven't responded to any of my messages and my order has never arrived.

I had no indication of delay or cancellation from there side. The website gives no information on at which stage of the status my order is. The dot is permanently in Orange which means in Progress...

As your company was unreachable through normal communications (e-mail, phone, homepage...), I have contacted them and they advised the address listed on your e-mail with my order details was different from the address you put down on the delivery, the street number on the delivery does not match with the order details.

Please advise what have been done to my items after they were returned to your company at Newry on 5 August 2019, and please advise if I am eligible for a full refund.

I have tried to contact For-Runners-By-Runners for almost a year now since August 2019 (via phone calls, e-mails and submitted messages on the company's website). I have never received any response and my order was also not received.

My order ID is ID25243 which was in July 2019. I paid my money in full. The company item tracker stated the delivery has been completed but it was not. Accordingly to the delivery agent, the sender wrote an incorrect delivery address on the parcel so the parcel was returned to the sender.

After 11 months of waiting and no response, I must say I am very very disappointed with the service and the mistake made by For Runners By Runners.

Apologies for my error. Order number is 28581.
Order /ID28581. Extremely poor approach to customer relations. Initial email received a response but none of the subsequent ones have been responded to. No response to telephone calls. No response to voice messages. Looks like they’ve disappeared off the face of the earth. I’ll notify PayPal and get a refund unless there is a reply within the next 24 hours. Paul.

Love them leaves walking so much easier a lot less pain in my feet.
