I have tried to call you 3 times and sent 2 emails asking for an update on my order. You have not responded and my order is still saying in progress since 10/1/21.

Please can I have a refund!

This company is a joke I have tried contacting them for the last three weeks and no one has got back to me. I’ve emailed and phoned this company several times with no response. I WOULD LIKE MY PURCHASE!!!! Or for someone to tell me what the hell is going on please. Do not buy from this company it’s totally not worth the hassle . I would like a Refund ASAP please!!!

Emailed twice and received no response. Phone goes straight through to voicemail.
Either respond or refund as this seems the only way to communicate with this company.

I recently wrote a review regarding this Company. Upon reflection and actually having received a response to previous emails sent, my initial review may have been in haste, bearing in mind C19, Nationwide lockdowns and Brexit - to top it all off!

Whilst this Company's communication leaves little to be desired they are based in Northern Ireland of which I wasn’t aware of.

I think the Company is alright, just lacking in customer service and effective communication.

I wrote a google review and was asked to advise whether I’d like a refund. Over the last week I have advised via your phone number, which goes to voicemail, via Facebook, your website contact form and email that I would like a refund. Leaving a review was my my final way of trying to communicate with you. Turns out you only respond to public messages.

Conveniently for you, I can’t respond to your reply on Google reviews and you DON’T respond to any other means of communication, so I’m back at square one. The only solution, I guess, is to declare, publicly here, that I would like a refund.

I paid and ordered a pair of trail shoes on the 16th of Jan 2021. Status still shows in progress. Send couple messages but with no response. Pease assist or do a refund. Order ID is: 33828

Thanks for your recent service. I bought the Huub Luub from you as it was a product I have used before (Open Water Swimming) and yours was a good price compared to many. Good service. Straightforward and no problems.

I ordered some trainers two weeks ago and have heard nothing. Still have yet to hear back after trying to contact them twice by email. After repeated attempts no phone answer either. No idea if I'll actually receive my order.
Is this a scam company??

Purchased planter protectors to protect a running injury during lockdown. Seemed to be a delay, so contacted via email, and had a reply within 30mins with details of dispatch (delay was due to C19 royal mail delay).

Purchased due to price (cheaper than decathlon including postage), but will use again in the future without doubt due to excellent Customer Service.

Still missing the products ordered back in April. They are not replying to e-mails. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

UPDATE 19/12/20 despite very many emails and opening s PayPal dispute I have still not received my refund , they have ignored PayPal so I can only assume this company is a SCAM , do not send them any money !! Shame on them taking people's money at Xmas!!!
Sadly very disappointed in this company , not sure if I've been scammed, placed an order which showed as available for immediate despatch however still not received it and status of order hasn't changed, can't get through on phone and emails being ignored , I have no choice but to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back, if the order should arrive or I hear back from this company I will update and remove review but not looking good after reading other reviews

I wish I'd read Trustpilot reviews about this company before I parted with £109.99 for trainers that I have still not received a month after ordering them! They don't answer the phone and don't respond to online enquiries or emails. I have now raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a Nike top in mid October and was too big so I sent it 1st recorded.

I ordered Hoka running shoes 2 weeks ago. Nothing has happened. The phone is not answered. An e mail reply was they would look into it 'tomorrow'. Nothing. I have now requested a refund - I await to hear about that.

Ordered an item on 23rd.Oct. Numerous e-mail and messages eventually 3 days ago got an answer that they were looking into it. That was it. Never got back to me so I told them to refund my card. Just got a message to say they've refunded it. No apology, no explanation. Awful customer service. Won't be bothering them again

I received my nike water bottle within about a week or two so I got the purchase. When I ordered it, I didn’t check the size of it so it was too small so I sent it back to them about 3 weeks ago for a refund. Placed an order ID31655 for some Salomon walking shoes on 1st Sept. Having not heard anything I searched more on the www and saw the appalling service they have provided to others so immediately called. Nothing so emailed and received an email back on 7th stating "we will check and respond". Heard nothing since despite my reminders so about to raise a dispute with my credit card. Sham of an outfit who clearly do not stock what they advertise on their www.

It's been almost a month since my order and I have yet to hear anything about my order being shipped. I have tried to contact them on two separate occasions and neither email has received a response.
